"There are a couple quirks about the house, but overall we had a wonderful time! The maintenance person was very nice and helpful, the rooms were clean, the kitchen had a good variety of cookware, and the whole place was very quiet. "

"We really enjoyed our time at the Treehouse. Even our teens appreciated and participated in all the fun activities the ultimate treehouse has to offer. We never had to leave the cabin. We picked up groceries and Beau Jo’s pizza in Idaho Springs and then hunkered down for the weekend. There is enough to do on sight between the 2 treasure hunts, metal detecting for coins, and games galore… we even brought a book to take a book. Everything is so charming and well thought out. We really appreciated all Brian and his family did to make this such a remarkable experience. And when we had questions (or needed help on the treasure hunt) Brian was immediately responsive. He is an excellent host!! For buddy system purposes, there are 3 queen beds: one in the treehouse and 2 in the main cabin. Our girls are older and like to sleep in a bed alone so we let them have the cabin and my wife and I took the treehouse. A memorable experience that we will never forget!"

"Absolutely fabulous boutique hotel. Every room is different. We stayed in the one with the steam shower. There is a balcony with a hot tub on the second floor. The first floor has a room called the Den. The Den has a small bar with taps, snacks and a big room with a TV and fireplace, and lots of places for a group or a single to hang out and play games or be social. The location in WP is great, we walked to dinner. And of course everything was very clean. We loved this hotel! "

The communication with Indian Peaks was pleasant and they were responsive with no issues. I am a repeat customer and look forward to a future visit."
