"Pros: Great window view; customer service prompt and courteous; buffet breakfast was more than adequate; location close to a bus hub; and the hotel is located across the street from a “Soapbox” for self-serve clothes laundering. Cons: no electrical outlet in the bathroom and was I was not given the room I paid for but I thought I had negotiated a mutually acceptable lower rate with management. To my disappointment, after I checked out, my refund was less than the negotiated amount. The hotel did not respond to my inquiry about the deficiency."

"The place was extremely clean and tidy but the shared bathroom and toilet really needs to be gutted and replaced it’s past the use by date and to can see the quick fix’s.
My room door didn’t shut properly you had to nugg it to be closed .
Tv remote was taped up with electrical tape and the basin in the room only had hot water NO Cold
The hand dryers were loud as I found out at 2am then again at 3am when some one was using it.
Air condition was great in the room and the little bar fridge.

"Cheap accommodation near the airport, easy commute for an early flight. Very limited parking available, so street parking may be required. Security cameras in all corridors, to make it safer. A few stairs to climb, but there is an elevator to get your luggage up if you happen to be on the top floor. "

"I stayed here overnight. The check-in process was so quick. The staff provided all the information I need for my short stay.The room I got was extremely clean with air conditioning. There's a mini bar in the room with instructions so you get to choose whether to utilize it or not. The next morning, I was taken to the airport by the hotel's shuttle service which is free. Overall, I would recommend this place and will surely book it again."

"Amazing ladies at the front desk -- so super kind and nice...and really helpful and warm. Didn't get the nicest reply from the back house associate (a male who was a bit curt) when I wrote to enquire about the property so was a bit worried. But the ladies upon check in and check out were amazing! And the property is lovely in a great location right on the beach. Our room still had a view of the ocean from the balcony despite being on the north side! A great stay - thank you!!"
