"We were on our annual race day visit and for the second time in three years the lift was out of order but as usual, the staff were brilliant, the room was immaculate and the comfort was great. It is always a pleasant stay, We arrived early and the staff went out of their way to get us into the room with no fuss."

"The breakfast was such a nice touch and the story behind it such a nice message. Rose is such a lovely lady and so welcoming. It's central to so many places and the bus exchange across the road so easy to get into Southbank. We will definitely stay here again."

"Accomodation clean & good size room! Sadly restaurant wasn’t open due to public holiday! Only down side was no lift to rooms! Had nice breakfast in restaurant this am! Glad that in the north of Queensland where we reside we actually have humans in reception to welcome you & answer any questions! Check-in via an app is not welcoming!"

"It was pretty good for what we needed for a 1 night stay before flying home. No food options around and when we asked reception he said we would need to uber. Didn't suggest the train of anything. On our way back from dinner we seen a restaurant in the same complex of the hotel and it was open so that was kind of annoying we didn't get told about that. But overall it suited our needs"
