Stayed here as a family of 3 in September in a superior room. The hotel is located 10 minutes walk away from the Jewish quarter and around 30 minutes from the old town. The hotel is beautiful and staff are very helpful and speak very good English. We were lucky to check in early as our room was ready and wow it was so lovely. Very decent sized room with everything you’d need. Big bedroom with a king size bed and the living area had a double sofa bed already set up for us. Both very comfortable and plenty of space to move around and store luggage. We also had a kitchenette which was very handy and the bathroom is huge, bath, separate shower and a sink with a unit for extra storage. Plenty of towels provided. Breakfast was excellent also, plenty to choose from. We didn’t use the spa or gym so comment on that but we didn’t venture down to look and it was very clean. There’s public transport straight outside the building so very easy to get anywhere and very cheap. 0.80p for a 15 min ticket on the tram, old town only 5 stops away. There’s also a zabka (local shop) right next door and 2 more within a minutes walk. We felt very safe walking around all of krakow even at 11pm at night with a teenage daughter. We absolutely loved our stay and krakow is absolutely beautiful! When we return (most definitely will) then we would definitely stay here again! Thank you so much! Of the four cities we visited, this was the best managed and organized hotel. The front desk staff was patient and knowledgeable, the room comfortable, and the food and waitstaff excellent. I would highly recommend it. It was also quiet and close to Old Town

The location of the suites is perfect- close to the main square, transportation and the old wall loop. Loved the setup and cleanliness of the room- can still hear the bugler….

Super place to stay in Krakow, close to the train station for airport connections and also a short 10 min walk to the central square. Lovely cosy room, well decorated and very clean. Superb buffet breakfast with a good selection of things to choose from. Highly recommend this hotel for a city break.

WiFi was down for a couple days which was inconvenient for us.
