It’s just like when you check in at a hotel and give your ID and security deposit to the front desk, except our front desk is online! It's super easy to complete on your phone! We use a web-based system called Happy Guest, and you’ll receive a personalized rental agreement, ID verification, and a simple security hold (which is not a security deposit) to receive your arrival instructions. It’s simple: finish these steps, and you’re all set to enjoy your stay! Also a quick heads-up—our HOA requires advance registration for access through the security gate. We’ll send you the registration form in advance, so please be sure to complete it by the deadline to ensure a smooth check-in. Note: arrival info won’t be sent without completing these steps, and refunds aren’t possible if skipped or deadlines missed.
