「Nice and clean」

「Room was good (bed very comfortable). Loved seeing the alligators outside! Breakfast options were good. Only complaint was that the pool was not open during our visit. 」

「The one redeemable fact is that the room was clean and the bed was comfortable. When we checked in, it seemed like it was going to be nice. Then everything needed or wanted in the room was not available. There was a coffee pot, but no coffee packets or cream, sugar, etc. There was a phone to the front desk, but it had no dial tone and was unusable. There was a TV with a very unusual/complicated system to get "into" it, and there were no directions/instructions as to how to operate it. ...

「The staff was very good and helpful. Breakfast was good sausage and gravy and biscuits, eggs and sausage. They did have juice and coffee available around the clock. The suite I was in was very clean and fresh. The only thing that slowed me down a little bit was in the evening I enjoy watching T. V but the channels did not match up with the list that was there and even the label markers in the TV screen was not the same.
