Nice quiet location. Located near everything we had planned for an overnight stay. The breakfast was fantastic. I had a breakfast burrito...yumm! The room was like a one bedroom apartment. It was surprising how nice it was.

The location and building construction made for quiet rooms. The windows had blackout shades. The air conditioning was strong. We loved the flower-filled landscaping, courtyard pool, and peaceful fire pit area. Breakfast was hearty and hot!

It was my first time staying at Hyatt House. The concept of the hotel is more like apartments. I got a two bedrooms and it was spacious and decent. Breakfast was okay. I gave a 2 stars rating because an occupant upstairs was able to use his key card to unlock my room. I called the hotel attendant and informed them about the incident and they just apologized and stated that it could be a glitch in the key card system. There was nothing reassuring about the incident. Never again, will I be staying at Hyatt House.

The property is clean and well maintained. The breakfast could be a lil better. The omelets are a great option when available ,however, on our stay they were only available on one morning.

Room was very spacious and clean! Interior is amazing however the exterior could use some work. Was honestly shocked how nice the room was. Staff is wonderful! Lobby is clean and aesthetic. Gym was very efficient and clean. Parking was easy.

Room was clean and well stocked on items. However there’s a foul smell that comes from drainage. Room smells old and not pleasant. Bed was uncomfortable and sheets were somewhat itchy. Rooms need to be renovated as wear and tear is noticeable. Staff was nice and breakfast was delicious! We enjoyed the omelette bar! Outside needs to be cleaned, we encountered multiple areas smeared with animal feces.
