"Con-- hard to find the room, building built into a hill so our window looked out at tires in the parking lot, noisy when motorcycle left in the morning, hallway noises easily heard. PROS-- outweighed the cons. Really comfortable mattress! Very clean and mostly well maintained. Helpful staff, used the late check in kiosk which was a bit confusing having never used one before but the live person was also kind, patient and helpful. Only hotel we've been to in years that actually supplied...

"Love that you allow furrever family members and are conveniently located on our regular path between families. Proximity to Mesa Verde is a plus. Your green Chile Verde is amazing. I wish it still came with warmed tortillas. We always tipped the tortilla lady!"

The hallways & staircase had not been vacuumed in a while. The staff at the front desk when checking in seemed fine, but the staff when checking out was rude,"
