"Hotel very clean, central location. Staff excellent, very kind and helpful. Biggest problem for us was that the bathroom smelled like leaking sewer gasses. Great hot water and water pressure, space heater in room kept us comfortable. Very good breakfast. We loved Angela, she made us feel very welcome and cared for."

"Owners are lovely, they took great care of us. Room was a little cold and they brought us a heater plus more comfortable blankets (not the very heavy ones they'll give in some hostels). They brought us some tea as well. Very lovely couple ~"

"The staff was extremely helpful and accommodating. They took care of our laundry and stored our luggage while we were out on a tour. Cesar went above and beyond to arrange for our breakfast and ride very early in the morning. Recommend this place."

"We had an amazing stay at Atoq San Blas Hotel, and I can honestly say the entire experience exceeded our expectations from start to finish.
Even before arriving in Cusco, the hotel already impressed us by coordinating our airport transfer for only $10. We reserved it through their WhatsApp, and when we landed, the taxi was already waiting for us at the airport. That level of organization immediately made our arrival stress-free.
When we arrived at the hotel, we were warmly welcomed by Erika, who truly set the tone for our stay. She offered us tea right away and took the time to explain which teas help with altitude sickness, which was incredibly thoughtful. She was very patient and thorough when explaining everything; WiFi, breakfast, tours, and general recommendations. From the very beginning, she made us feel comfortable and cared for.
Our room was clean, comfortable, and had a beautiful view. The hotel itself is very clean and well-maintained, which made it a relaxing place to come back to after long days of exploring Cusco.
The breakfast staff were also wonderful; kind, attentive, and always smiling. Breakfast was delicious, with lots of options including fresh fruits, drinks, cook-to-order eggs, and many more. Everything was fresh and well prepared.
A big shoutout as well to the other front desk staff, Lenin and Melinda, who were just as amazing. They helped us with taxi bookings, laundry services, and luggage storage. What really stood out was how generous and acco"
"Everything was amazing from the breakfast buffet with several options such as eggs avocados fresh cheese and the reception was top notch especially Fernandez who went above and beyond to help us and make us feel welcomed during our stay "
Palacio del Inka, A Luxury Collection Hotel by Marriott
10/10 Excellent
"If submerging in the inka culture is what you’re looking for, Palacio del Inka will fulfill your desires. The property’s location is the best, right next door to the templo del sol, minutes from Plaza de Amara’s and the main avenue, full of history and incredible architecture. The hotel itself has many experiences for you to dive in, great breakfast buffet, and at atmosphere that draws you in. They bring the baby alpacas to you in their private patio, and all the alpaca textiles you can think of at your fingers tips. The service is impecable from the ushers to the housekeeping staff, they all have your comfort first of kind. 100% recommended. "
