"The Hotel and location are absolutely beautiful, if you don't mind being far from the city than this is the place you want to stay. The property manager Betina is so nice and helpful as well as all the rest of the staff. The rooms are beautiful but it looks like they are still working on them. Unfortunately i chose the wrong time to go, its rainy season and I'm terrified of thunder, sinxe this is right on top of the mountain you can really see and hear the thunder. But in the day the weather is perfect. The staff makes sure that they keep the place looking clean and sharp. The only issue i had was with the room i chose with Expedia, they show pictures of the best rooms but stick you in the small rooms don't get me wrong, every single room has an amazing view of Lago Ilopango.
