"The cabin was actually nicer than the pictures gave them credit for. The beds and couch were very comfortable. The bathrooms were much nicer than expected. Both the cabin and the bathrooms were very clean. The grounds around the cabin really needed a good mowing. It would have been helpful if firepit tools for moving hot logs or cleaning out old charred pieces of wood were provided. Not something we have to bring with us. "

"We stayed in the Bear cabin which was very clean upon arrival and welcoming. The patio has a table and chairs outside which was very helpful as we forgot our camping chairs! Every interaction with the owners was very friendly and helpful. Grills look nice but could use a little TLC. Making sure they have a full tank and that they are working. "My family and I are so happy we found this house for my Mom’s birthday weekend! The location is great. It’s very convenient if you like to golf, it’s in a quiet neighborhood and has a beautiful view. We loved the sunroom as a gathering space and had fun using the arcade games, pool, and deck. The space itself was clean and checking in was easy! Thank you for a great stay, we would happily choose to stay here again if we find ourselves back in Wabasha!"

"We had a very nice long weekend here with teenagers. The beds were comfortable and the land was great for exploring! The kids enjoyed the endless pool. The showers had great pressure and the whirlpool was enjoyed by most - by it was a tub, not a hot tub. The kitchen, while manageable, could use some additions including spatulas, scrappers, cookie sheets - some items one might consider a staple. "We love Lake Pepin! Enjoyed pie, sailing and tubing. Location was great - quick walk to lake and pub. 5 rooms was great and teenage girl happy to have own space. Host alarm above fridge made it harder to relax but the wonderful fire pit helped. We spent 2 evenings around the fire. All of the lovely extras were great. Especially beach towels, beach toys and bag. Fun games too. Thanks Jill!"

"Just keep in mind that the property is very old and so are all the appliances and furniture. When I say old, I mean clawfoot bathtub old. It’s not bad- they all seem to work fine- I just wasn’t expecting that based on the pictures.
