"Well, your lady Irene is an absolute gem. She was extremely helpful to us, and easily and graciously sorted out the couple of problems we encountered. On the negative side, the carpet in our room, 209, was filthy. My wife walks around in white socks, and they were quite brown at the end of the evening. Everything else was satisfactory, but your cook needs to learn how to cook scrambled eggs..........I'm a chef... Thank you for a pleasant stay."

"Great property with a long list of amenities. No issues with the room or staff. My only complaint was that the pools were very dirty. We set aside a half day to swim in the pools only to leave after 20 minutes disappointed. There were bugs floating in the water everywhere and the floor of the pools were all very dirty. So much so that we did not want to get in. What struck me as interesting was that we were there during July, I would think a peak time for pool use. None of the pool filters were...
