"Well, your lady Irene is an absolute gem. She was extremely helpful to us, and easily and graciously sorted out the couple of problems we encountered. On the negative side, the carpet in our room, 209, was filthy. My wife walks around in white socks, and they were quite brown at the end of the evening. Everything else was satisfactory, but your cook needs to learn how to cook scrambled eggs..........I'm a chef... Thank you for a pleasant stay."

"The property was ok. The ac did not work well in our room. It was hot in there. The pool was extremely cold almost unbearable. The parking was also a hassle. They have parking spots close to the building for compact cars so everyone who parked there were so close that it was a squeeze tight and hard to get into the cars"

"We had a really enjoyable couple of days at the resort. Rooms were spacious, staff were great, everyone was very nice and helpful, the pools were nice to hang out at. We took the bikes out and rode to the stables and around the Bosque trail, it was fun. Horse back riding was great as well, we saw snakes and elk. The lavender scrub at the spa was really nice. Food was just ok. The Plaza grill at the pool was ok, the Santa Ana Cafe dinner we had was not very good. We ended up eating off property...
