"Our first time visiting Lyon this was an excellent choice for lodging. Extremely friendly and professional service right from the check in, nice, spacious room with a view of the Rhône river, , separate toilet, shower and double sink, clean, eco-friendly toiletries, chic room decor. Breakfast was excellent, a large variety of dishes, fresh and delicious, good coffee and tea. A very good location, walking distance to a lot of places Lyon has to offer. "A clean warm room in an ideal location at a budget price. I am shocked how, given you cannot read anything about this hotel without knowing there is no lift, people still complain. The hotel is on the third floor, the steps are shallow and the friendly staff will carry your bags. We are in our 80s but the lack of a lift certainly didn’t spoil our stay We would go back"
