~The Home~

An open concept first floor creates an ideal gathering space for the whole group. There is also a powder room and laundry room side by side. Outdoor areas include a front porch with hammock swings and a back deck (off the kitchen) with a dining table for four, and a grill.

The second floor includes two bedrooms with generous closet space, and dedicated work spaces. In the hallway there is full bathroom with a tub. The master bedroom has a deck, and there is also a front balcony with hallway access. The larger bedroom includes a king bed and queen size Murphy bed, while the other 2nd floor bedroom has a queen bed.

The top floor is two adjoined bedrooms, and another full size bathroom. One bedroom has a full bed and a crib, while the other has three built-in twin beds.

~The Neighborhood~

Regent Square features one main street full of restaurants, cafes, shops (South Braddock Ave.), in the middle of quiet, generally well-kept residential surroundings.

It is a safe place to walk around at night, and most destinations in the neighborhood are walkable from the the house. It is very close to the famous Biddle's Escape Cafe and Madeline's Bakery

If you need a place to eat, you'll have numerous choices within a 10-12 minute walk to South Braddock Ave. The neighborhood streets are lightly traveled enough for bike riders to enjoy. And the area is well-serviced by city buses, primarily the 61B.
