Beautiful Tiny House with communal water hole.

The King bed lifts up into the ceiling leaving a lovely seating area with a TV.
Our subdivision is lucky to have a communal water hole. It is on private property so it is a lovely spot to cool off.
There is a covered verandah and it is in a peaceful setting.
Everything you could want. Shower, washing machine, privacy and great off road parking.

Adventure in Pirongia

This Beautiful Tiny House was full of owner-designed and built surprises, where space was used as efficiently as on any boat; yet not at all cramped -- worth a stay just for the architectural experience. The host-owners are real people; congenial and helpful.

Wonderful escape!

We had a wonderful stay at this tiny house! Don't let the pictures fool you, the place was super spacious and comfy! The hosts were really nice and gave some good recommendations of places to visit

Such a cute tiny home!

We had a lovely stay at this beautiful tiny home. It was very clean and had all the amenities advertised. The place was so well thought out and on a lovely property which was really peaceful. Such a great spot for a get-away!

Terrific tiny house!!!

My husband and I stayed here so we could see the glow worms in Waitomo which was about a 25-30 min drive. This place is in a quiet little neighborhood and is represented accurately online. The private community waterhole was so beautiful and peaceful, and the house has everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Would certainly stay here again if in the area!

Tiny House punching above its weight

This tiny house was thoughtfully crafted by the owners, and it shows. I loved the experience of having all I need for my little family in just the right amount of space. Gordon was very friendly, and the community is really lovely.

Weekend of fun

Was a great little place quiet and beautiful surroundings, the owners were warm and welcoming, and Suzanne showed how to get the comfy bed down. It is a very well equipped home with everything and more we didn't lack for anything. The recommended walk to the waterfall was well worth it and such beautiful surroundings. We will be back for another weekend break.

Welcoming and generous hosts

The hosts were extremely welcoming and generous. Their beautiful home was a very welcome retreat after a wet and muddy slog down Mt. Pirongia. It was especially handy to have a washing machine and hose for our dirty gear. Would very highly recommend this place! We'll definitely be back.

Beautiful perfect little house

This little house is beautiful and very special. It is a tiny house but very spacious with a big comfy bed with bedding, and the table setting folds into another single bed. It has everything you may need for your stay. There is a tv, wifi, gas oven/cooktop, warm shower. It is very peaceful. The hosts are friendly and down to earth. Stayed with my teenage daughers and they loved it.

Very charming mini colonial cottage, fitted out with all one needs for a stay. Comfortable Bring earplugs to block out traffic noise at night Beautiful setting. Would have preferred more direct contact with host at beginning of booking, as was unused to the Bookabach process!

We had the most incredible stay in this beautiful tiny home in Pirongia for our firend's wedding. The host were accommodating to our needs. From the moment we arrived, we felt completely relaxed and welcomed. The space is thoughtfully designed, spotless, and surprisingly spacious — every little detail has been carefully considered. The setting is peaceful and private, with that perfect mix of rural charm and comfort. It was exactly what we needed to unwind and reset. The hosts were absolutely amazing — so kind, responsive, and genuinely thoughtful. You can tell they truly care about creating a special experience for their guests. If you're looking for a cosy, memorable getaway with wonderful hosts, this is it. We would 100% stay again and can’t recommend it highly enough! 🌿
