"This was a wonderful hotel and the customer service was even better. I realized after I left that I left my watch and charger in the room. The front desk was so prompt in my inquiries and went above and beyond to send to my address in the States. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. "

"Excellent hotel! Staff was exceptional, including Arabella and Lucie and the guys on the evening shift. Room was absolutely quiet (facing the courtyard, the only thing I heard were church bells). The bathroom is cool, with the sink looking out into the room, with a separate room for toilet and completely closable shower, not like the half-doors which allow water to shoot on the floor. Location is perfect, across the street from Green Vault and Castle. Zwinger, churches, etc., also very close and walkable. "

"Easy walking distance to the city centre. The room was clean and comfortable, however we had to request a kettle and cups, as these are not supplied in the room. Bathroom supplies also needed to be requested, if required. The area was safe and quiet. The Hop On Hop Off Bus had a stop at the front of the Hotel which was good. Staff were accommodating and friendly."
