"Beutifully renovated downtown hotel. Loved how updated and clean everything felt. Also it is a walking distance to many attractions. Will definitely stay again!"

"Unfortunately, the second floor was extremely loud at night, and the music from the restaurant downstairs continued until around 11:30 PM. The room also had a connecting door to the next room, so I could clearly hear people walking and moving around. It was difficult to get a good night’s sleep because of the noise."

"Hotel was as described. Reception staff members were the real gems - extremely helpful, bent over backwards to ensure that the needs of the guests were fulfilled."

"Tv didn’t work, air conditioning wasn’t working. wasn’t much space in the rooms. Beds took up 50% of the room. No lock on the bathroom doors. No sitting chair/table. Just a small bedside table inbetween the 2 beds. "

"Basic goodness"

"Breakfast is REALLY good. Excellent location. But if you are "traditionally built" or not that flexible, the bed may be hard to get out of if you need to use the bathroom in the middle of the night. Our bed was accessible only on one side. Also, the cover may not be wide enough for two "larger" people."

"We’ve stayed at various Fairmont properties before and have always had great service, so unfortunately this location fell short for us. First, the hotel itself is beautiful, and we were very happy with the room as well as the gym and pool area. However, we were disappointed with the overall service experience. It took almost 45 minutes to check into the hotel, and the lineup extended from the front desk to the elevators. I’ve never waited that long to check into a hotel before. We also dined at the lounge several times. The food and atmosphere were good, but the evening service was disappointing. We were seated at a table that was dirty and sticky, and when we pointed it out to the server, he simply dropped off a cloth for us to clean it ourselves. We also had to call the front desk from our room twice, and both times we were on hold with an automated system for over 30 minutes, which was extremely frustrating. I’ve never stayed at a hotel where guests cannot directly reach the front desk and speak with someone. Paying guests do not want to speak to a robot and then wait 30+ minutes for assistance."

"Happy is a must if you have the time, it’s a great vibe. 8th floor roof deck has great views. This is our go to hotel when visiting Seattle!"
