"The host was very responsive during booking and upon arrival. I had an issue with A/C and he addressed it quickly. However…..There are a bunch of little things that detract from the experience of the stay:* No chest of drawers. * Scuffed walls and baseboards that need paint * A VERY RUSTY shower curtain (C’monnnnn…!)* Used dry cleaner hangars* Towels that have seen better days* A COMPLETELY FILTHY mattress cover!I think all this can be achieved for /- 500. Do that and you’ll get your 5-Star rating…"

"Enjoyed our stay! I liked that there was an alarm. We came in late at night, the area looked a little sketchy at night, had a better view in the daytime, all was good. The location is close to all the stores you could possibly need. The water pressure was less than stellar, especially if you have thick curly hair, lol. The beds were comfortable, but some of the sheets had stains. Over all a pleasant stay, I would stay again. Thank you!!"

"I was fine with the property but don't think I'll stay there again. Property access was through a small alley and not in a desirable area. There was a stale scent the entirety of my stay. Place was clean and looked like the pictures but I slept on top of my own blanket. I saw roaches in the kitchen sink when I went for a drink of water. "

"The photos of the apartment do not accurately reflect the current condition of the apartment. If I had to guess, the photos were taken right after renovations were complete and several parties have been had since then. The furniture is stained, missing dishes have been replaced with cheap plastic substitutes, the shower has deep scratches in the bottom (I can't even imagine how that happened), repairs are messy (gobbed on caulk and spilled paint on the floors), and the kitchen cabinets had roaches in them. I was so disappointed, I walked out and went somewhere else. Overall the place gave me a bad vibe and I just did not feel comfortable staying there. Price was good, communication was great, but the photos do not accurately represent what you are getting."
