"First, they gave us a room that was already occupied. Then we got a room that though it was clean, needed a lot of work. Torn curtains, torn wallpaper, a big black circle on the ceiling. When we went to breakfast nearly averything was gone. "

"The property was not inviting. Carpet was torn in places, ammonia smell around the room, several rooms with random construction type materials with shades open visible from the outside. Check in was slow but the staff was friendly. "

"We loved our stay at Katie’s Place. The house was perfect for our gathering. Very spacious with plenty of space to gather. We enjoyed the back patio and will definitely stay there on our next visit to Alexandria."

"Day one the refrigerator don’t work, day two the washer flooded the bathroom/bedroom floor. The landlord said he sent someone by, I don’t risk trying to use the washer again so I’m not sure he ever showed up. I asked for more towels and he said I would have to put the ones I had in a trash bag outside to get new ones. I never did, I just dried them and used them. I also think the landlord uses AI to manage the property. Responses seem computer generated. Area is not great either. "

"Enjoyed our stay! I liked that there was an alarm. We came in late at night, the area looked a little sketchy at night, had a better view in the daytime, all was good. The location is close to all the stores you could possibly need. The water pressure was less than stellar, especially if you have thick curly hair, lol. The beds were comfortable, but some of the sheets had stains. Over all a pleasant stay, I would stay again. Thank you!!"

"Unit is in need of repairs and updates. Kitchen sink faucet falling off. Dryer does not work, lack of eating utensils, bathroom tub just worn out. Kitchen drawers barely open. We had gun shots outside the unit the first night we were there."
