"My fiancée and I had the most incredible holiday at Perantzada in Ithaca. It was our first visit to Greece and we already want to go back! Vathy is a gorgeous town and the people there are so nice also mentioning the gorgeous restaurants and landscape. Big shout out to the hotel staff Katerina, Aris, Boris, Alketa, Vera and Elvina for making our time so special. They were so welcoming and always remembered personal touches which was so special! "Excellent waterfront location. Lots of local tavernas and restaurants to choose from. A 30 minute walk or 10 minute taxi ride into Sami for many incredible restaurants on the quay and supermarkets for groceries."

"Kalliroi Villa is truly something special as many previous guests have detailed. It’s set within a mountain valley giving both privacy and wonderful views from the rear of the property and the stunning pool area. The entire site is surrounded by beautiful garden borders on all sides and house itself has so much charm and character, perfect for a romantic getaway. Excellent location for days out to Assos, Myrtle Beach, Fiskardo and Sami. Several local tavernas and supermarkets on hand nearby. We booked the first two weeks in October which is the end of the summer season. The weather was ideal for us with fresh breezes ( no need to have the air conditioning on) and comfortable temps around 25 to 27 degrees most days. Cooler of course in the evenings but not cold. We enjoyed several evening meals out on the upper terrace, overlooking the pool and garden which are magical when lit up at night. Our host, Dionysia and housekeeper Penny couldn’t have been more helpful to ensure we had an enjoyable stay. If the villa is available you should book."

"Staff were super friendly. Hotel felt spacious, lots of sun loungers to choose from on the beach. Easy walk to tavernas and bars, as well as a mini market, both beach side and up in the village. The yoga classes were great-not all for yoga bunnies which was a relief!! The gym facilities super. Amazing sunsets every night. Concierge helped us with taxis, hire cars and gave a great outside recommendation for our anniversary dinner one night. Loved it"

"A fabulous property in the most perfect spot. A short walk into Lassi, pebbly beach and sandy beach within close proximity. There are a few stairs as the property is set out over quite a wide expanse, and is set on a hill side. Beachside rooms have the most amazing views. There are also bungalows with outdoor sunbeds to watch the sunset."

"Situated near the airport, the hotel/resort is easy to get to. The hotel will arrange airport transport for a small fee. It is well staffed and exceptionally clean. The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. The location is on the ocean with access to a nice nearby beach. Several economical restaurants are within 2-3 minutes walk. Rental cars are available at the property (requiring international driving license) and are a must for seeing the area and the island. There are no shuttles to nearby towns or other parts of the island, so the rental car is the way to go. The restaurant food is very good, as is the free breakfast. The only "down side" would be the for the breakfast buffet where food was not replaced for long periods, example fried eggs and other items went empty for a while before they were refreshed. Other than that the place is really nice."

"My gf and I went and it was great, the main pool was practically free most of the time due to the personal pools most rooms had. The room pool it’s self was lovely and a nice size, although if you get too close to the edge you can see/are visible to other rooms as the walls either side ends. Each morning you get a lovely breakfast basket of bread/pastries and then select your main dish from the menu. Really enjoyed!"
