"Property is welcoming and homely. The beds were comfortable and we slept well. It is well situated for walking into Quesada and the surrounding areas by car. The kitchen is well equipped and the sofa very comfy, we uses the spacious solarium regularly and went to the huge communal pool which was chilly due to the time of year. As constructive criticism we (as a pair of ladies) would have appreciated a full length mirror, but other than that an entirely pleasant stay"

"Amazing views from roof, lovely area, great parking. The house is neglected inside and out. Furniture was swollen and smelled of damp. Missing light fittings, cracking electrical switches. Master bedroom side light and ceiling light never worked, only the far side light worked. Vacuum cleaner but no bag, we had to go buy them in the end. Outside furniture was dangerous and my husband was lucky not to be impaled when a plastic chair literally exploded into shards beneath him. Cushion pads were...

"This is our second long stay at Casa Berlingo and we immediately felt at home again. Everything that you could need is already provided. "The communication from Trevor was brilliant and he responded promptly to all of my questions when booking and up to travelling. Even the transfers were arranged by him. We were met by Joy at the property, but never had any problems so did not need to contact her during our stay. The house was in a perfect spot right near the pool. The grounds/gardens of the residence were kept so lovely. The pool area was so tidy and everyone is asked to shower before entering which kept the water clean....

"The property was well furnished and equipped. It was big with rooms that were larger than they looked in the photos. The garden was beautiful & a little haven & sun trap. The roof terrace was good to use on the days we didn't go to the beach. It was near bars, restaurants & a good supermarket. We had a car to go further afield. We had a very enjoyable & relaxing holiday & would rent this property again."

"Great location, lovely outside space and well equipped kitchen. Bed linen and towels were shabby and old. Beds were uncomfortable and the TV channels were all German which is fine as didn't use it. Bathrooms were lovely but the house smelt of smoke as the cleaner smoked in there before arrived. Some of the shutters didn't work and some of the locks didn't work on the windows. Loved El Raso, great location and beautiful pool area but we would not stay again. We had to pay 180 euros for crap linen...
