"What an absolute nightmare dealing with the owner of this hotel. In all my years coming to Italy, I have never experienced anything like this hotel and this level of customer service. The room was 25 C and she insisted that it was working, whilst sweating with our two daughter who are the age of 6 & 8. We did not stay at this hotel. We disputed the charge as she refused to refund us until she had another occupant for the room. Do yourself a favor and stay at other hotels! The Tirreno hotel in...

"Hotel Prestige is very modern and comfortable. The room we had was simple but very well equipped with closet space, a large bathroom and great air conditioning. The staff was exceptionally helpful with recommendations for restaurants."

"We were able to find street parking within a block of the hotel. Close to the beach, but not on it so it's quiet and not crazy busy on the beach. The beach is just 2 blocks, it's really a wide boardwalk with lots of shops, cafes, fine dinning, etc. The beaches (Lidos) are private where you get a umbrella and beach chair (w/ sun shield for your head) for a fee. The showers, lockers for a fee, with a cafe/ restaurant and snack bar. This hotel has a deal with one of the Lidos but I don't know if...

"Stayed at The Eden Hotel for 5 nights in Oct 2025.
Great Hotel and would recommend. We were 2 persons and chose this hotel due to the breakfast photos, roof terrace and location.
The breakfast was included in the room rate (for us) and included scrambled eggs, cook yourself boiled eggs, fruit, croissants, cake, bread, breakfast cereals, hams, cheese, yoghurt, bacon, help your self filter coffee, made or order cappuchino, English Breakfast Tea (other flavours available) and probably other things I have missed.
The roof is a large area with sunloungers and tables/chairs - perfect for sunset and daytime sun bathing.
You are on the sea front so can see the beach from the roof and potentially your room, if you have a suitable front facing room.
It felt like a family run hotel which was great.
The hotel is about 20 mims walk from the train station. |Come out the train station cross the road and walk as far as the beach road - hotel is one block to the left.
Room had a fridge and TV although didnt watch the TV as no English speaking news channels that I found.
The rooms were cleaned every day and towels changed. We like to do our bit and save the towel washing etc. Think the staff thought we were crazy when asking for no room cleaning.
Miss the breakfast after leaving and would recommend the hotel to other guests."
"WOW When I arrived I was WELCOMED by Mateo, such a nice person who explained the many details and amenities... there are MANY... with a smile and a true desire to help. When I left, I had a great interaction with Luca that even gave me a parting gift connected to his cultural heritage!
Beyond the staff, the location of the hotel and the quality makes it the best value in the area. If you are coming with a car, they can arrange parking beach access deck chairs massages, spa access, bike rentals... name it!!! For very low fees, just want to head to the beach, they got your beach bag for ya complete with beach towel complimentary and since the beach is steps away you can leave your key at the front desk so as to not have to worry about any of your stuff left on the beach when swimming!
Many of the HOtel rooms have balconies but if you don't have one, you can head to the 4th floor for the "secret" roof top terrace!
They include breakfast in the stay and the "colazione" is HUGE!!! with 4 types of croissants while I was there and the best crispy bacon (yes perfect) along with many local specialties.
There is also a high level restaurant attached to the hotel for diner!
I will definitely return to this hotel!

Because of its frank depiction of the suffering during wartime, this bold statue is nothing like the heroic war memorials typically found throughout Europe.
