The location is excellent just steps from the beach and close to everything you’d want in Viareggio.Alessandra, the caretaker, was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Even with a bit of a language barrier, she was always available to answer questions and make sure we were comfortable. Really appreciated her support.The only downside was the cleanliness. For a property that charges 80 for end-of-stay cleaning, we expected better. The windows were quite dirty and there was noticeable dust around the apartment. The bathroom could also use a bit of maintenance.Still, we enjoyed our stay and the place has a lot going for it and with a little extra attention to cleaning and upkeep, it would easily be a 5-star experience."
