"One of my worst stays ever, especially taking into account I travel to Thailand every week staying in different hotels. First day there, I arrived at around 11pm and was shocked to see the office (Check in counter) was already closed. Was told by the security guard to leave 500baht with him just so I can get my room keycard. "Staff at the office spoke very good english and were very helpful. Room clean, but we would've appreciated if they had emptied the trash more often. :) Very well equiped gym. Over all it was a very nice stay. "

"Bed frame edge was larger than the bed mattress hence i got cut from the sharp edge a few time on my leg. Didn't expect wifi will be charged for 150 baht per day. Water heater not working, didn't ask for repair i leave early morning and back late night hence need to freeze out from the chill water twice a day lol.."

From the views, the cleanliness of the hotel including the room, the staff was phenomenal and the location was perfect for eating at Michelin star restaurants right across from the hotel.
