其實整體唔差不過始終太過隔涉如冇揸車而電單車又唔識揸嘅唔建議入住 不過酒店內所有員工都好好笑容好協助包括check in嘅時候我英文不太好 員工會攞手機翻譯同我講中文 這是值得一讚 仲有就係villa入面嘅早午晚餐我覺得我係欣賞嘅 有啲驚喜嘅係因為佢哋嘅價錢絕對係叫做大眾化 而且啲食物煮得好好食即叫即煮嘅 跟住就會送入嚟你villa熱辣辣當你兩個人喺度咁樣食嘅時候都幾浪漫嘅 我哋下次都會再嚟多一次 再次多謝員工嘅幫忙多謝你哋嘅協助我係呢幾日玩得好開心多謝

It is a very private pool house, nice for 2 people to stay short time, very clean house nice small pool and a grate staff. Good restaurant close to the house, European and Thai restaurant. It is possible to cooking in the house.

Stay Away if you don't like bugs/cockroaches

Literally the worst experience I've ever had in a hotel environment. I came here for my honeymoon for a week-long stay. Upon arriving, the staff was friendly enough and I do not fault them individually for my bad experience. We walked into our 1 bedroom villa and it looked slightly rundown, not quite how the pictures looked. Clearly the pictures had been taking in a nicer villa or they had been taken several years ago. I woke up to my wife screaming at 4am because there was a cockroach that had crawled on her face. When I turned on the light there were 3 cockroaches in our bed in a couple others walking around our room. IT WAS AWFUL. We immediately started leaving the place and when I had started packing my suitcase there were 2 cockroaches inside of my bag. This place was absolutely disgusting and hadn't been sprayed. I know this is Phuket, Thailand but I stayed at 2 other hotels in the area and I can say I've never seen a single cockroach in my room before. They were crawling around during the day, so clearly it wasn't a one time incident, it was an infestation. I approached the staff to let them know of the infestation and they said they would handle it. We left for the day and came back to the Villa and there was a single can of Roach spray on the table for us to spray. We decided again to leave and we let the staff know that we were leaving and that we would like a refund. They told me to contact expedia for a refund. Expedia said the hotel said no refunds were allowed.

Far location

The place is quite comfortable, with a huge bathroom. It is pretty good if you just plan to chill out at the villa itself. The place is pretty far from the usual attractions (Phuket Old Town, Naka Weekend Market, beaches). Though there is 2 rounds of shuttle services to the beach, the staff told us it is subjected to weather conditions - if it is going to be rainy, there will not be any shuttle services due to safety. Though I feel strongly this is our choice and they should still provide the shuttle service (because transport is extremely expensive), the staff was polite and helpful when we have any queries. All in all, if you are looking for a place to just chill and not looking to venture out much, this place is recommended.

Nice hotel close to the beach

The surrounding of the hotel is quiet n we can have full privacy in enjoying our holiday there! The staffs were nice n always helpful! They also provide free shuttle to the Layran Beach and the big supermarket, there you can have splendid lunch in different style of food, such as European, Korean or Japanese and more! We enjoyed to visit the Layran Beach on every morning by their free shuttle in our stay in this nice hotel! It's a good memory in stay in this hotel anyway!

Bit older and worn than first thought from photos on website - but saying that, we had a fantastic stay and would stay again. Great location for quite motorbike rides and the beautiful Layan Beach 5 mins bike ride. Good WiFi and TV channels. Staff wonderful and happy to oblige with any requests. Breakfast very ordinary but still effort taken. This area would be the best part of the entire island of Phuket. Ended up coming back and stayed on Bang Tao Beach.

Nice romantic villa

Stayed at the villa with my boyfriend. Overall we had a nice time but sometimes it was a bit difficult to communicate with staff. The villa is quite far from shops but we already knew when we booked. Car rental is definitely recommended. Our room has a leak. Water is coming out of the bedroom floor. Breakfast was nice. It was delivered at your villa in your preferred time. Overall it was a nice and romantic place to be with your partner or family.

Not worth it for us

Might be due to our villa's orientation (villa A), the pool was too cold to swim in so that was a big disappointment. There isn't anything much within walking distance and there are only 3 shuttle bus slots a day all between 10am - 12noon so you are pretty much confined to the villa unless you have transport.

Nice but I had to leave hotel one day earlier

I had to move to another hotel and leave the hotel cause the huge number of terrible insect inside the room terrifying us and my wife who never been familiar with this kind of insect spending the whole night moving around. No housekeeping at night shift to help and duty manager did nothing to help too.
