I stayed here because it was pet-friendly - I brought my cat. The location is ideal because it's right in the center of Kata. I would definitely stay here again.

Un hotel con buena ubicación, cerca de muchas cosas y un 7eleven a lado. No tiene lujos pero si buscas algo económico y bien ubicado este es el hotel.

Huone pieni , ahdas , pöytä/laskutasot puuttui kokonaan . Pistorasiat huonoilla paikoilla. Huone käy kyllä nukkumiseen sänky ok. Aamiainen kehno ja köyhänlainen , ei tätä päivää, voi melkeen jättää käymättä ei tulis suurta vahinkoo. Illalla aulabaarin nuori nainen huonolla tuulella.. Respa oli asiallinen ja 5 kerroksen siivoojat myös.

The rooms are as small as they look in the pics. Be prepared to live out of your suitcase if you are there for more than 4 days. There is not storage space for your clothes if you are the unpacker type. The second unused twin bed was essentially my secondary storage shelf. Sliding the mattresses together is not an option. They will slide off the pedestals. The location is great. Plenty of food and nightlife around. The beach is a bit of a walk, but the hotel has a shuttle. The map is misleading. Yes, the beach is 200 meters away; however, you can't walk directly to it because there is a private property (Club Med) across the street. For the price, it's clean and the people are nice. The pool is smaller than it looks and there are not enough chairs for the guests. There is a 7/11 next door for sundries, but it's the busiest store you've ever seen. There are laundry and souvenir options within 200 meters.

Low quality. Dilapidated. Felt crowded. Food awful and unhealthy. Staff mostly miserable, untrained and unhelpful. Location: Kata/Karon filthy traffic polluted urban cheap and nasty, dirty streets, bars and restaurants. Beaches - no space, completely ruined by crowds of people.

Piacevole soggiorno a Kata

Struttura molto carina sulla passeggiata di Kata. La Hall è molto bella, come anche la piscina. Un po' più vecchiotta la stanza, sopratutto il bagno. Letti super comodi. La pulizia delle stanze non è al top Come anche quelle dei corridoi / ascensore. Colazione continentale, con scarsa scelta di prodotti dolci. Servizio navetta comodo ma solo per chi decide di stare nella prima parte della spiaggia di Kata, se vuoi spostarti nella zona dove sono presenti bar e ristoranti sei costretto a camminare sotto il sole e con il caldo afoso per circa 15 minuti. Comodo il desk per l'affitto della macchina / scooter che aveva prezzi convenienti e molto rapido nella consegna del mezzo. Comodissimo il centro massaggi, il change e il servizio lavanderia proprio a 2 passi dall'albergo. Nel complesso è stato un buon soggiorno. Torneremmo volentieri.

必要最低限の物だけを揃えて、宿泊価格を抑えている。部屋の中には、水・お茶・珈琲・バスタオル・バスマット・ドライヤー・シャワーキャップ・ハンガー・ケトル・冷蔵庫・金庫がありました。 歯ブラシなどのアメニティーは一切ないので、徒歩1分にファミリーマートで買いそろえる必要があります。 長期滞在の方にはとてもオススメです。 またフロントスタッフもとても愛想がよく気持ちの良いcheckinができました。 ※エクスペディアには記載されていないことがありました。 checkin時に、デポジットとして2,500THB支払う必要があります。 checkout時に返金されますが、2,500THB返されても使いきれないと思うので、クレジットカードで払うことをオススメします。(返金までに約2週間ほど必要です。) その他傘などの備品を借りる時は2,500THBのデポジットとは別にデポジットを支払う必要があります。

設備はマーマーだったが、レセプションの対応が良かった。ランチをレストランで食べたがこれが固いサーロイン肉で食べれた物ではなかった。250バーツもしたが冷凍肉のせいか生焼けで腹を壊してしまった。非常に残念だった。

便利なロケーションにあるホテル

ビーチとホテルの間に地中海クラブがある為、迂回してビーチに行かなくてはなりませんが、徒歩圏内です。 近くにはレストラン、コンビニ、フルーツ屋等があり、暑い昼間に遠出せずに済むので助かります。 ホテルの朝食は普通です。２～３品が日替わりになりますが、１週間いると飽きてしまいました。 ホテルのスタッフの対応はよかったです。

Hotel mit Überholungsbedarf

Eins vorweg: Der Service des Hotels war top. Der lose sitzende Wasserhahn im Bad wurde direkt nach Reklamation repariert, so auch der defekte Kühlschrank. Schade das solche Dinge nicht im Vorfeld behoben werden. Die Mitarbeiter sind aber überaus freundlich und hilfsbereit. Leider wurde die Toilette am Pool von den Hinterlassenschaften betrunkener Hotelgäste nicht gereinigt. Leider zum Nachteil die Gegend, die von einer Bevölkerungsgruppe belagert ist. Rücksicht auf andere Gäste gibt es keine. Nächtliche, lautstarke Streitereien waren fast täglich zu hören. Benehmen gibt es auch keine, überall wird sich vorgedrängelt, warten scheint ein Fremdwort zu sein. Aus diesem Grund wird diese Region am Kata Beach in Zukunft gemieden.

Noisy, screaming kids ruin holiday.

We stayed here last year and it was ok, but very little space to put clothes and stuff. We thought things might be better this year, unfortunately still not enough space. This time there was stupid parents totally ignoring there young children screaming, and running around the pool and splashing other holiday guests. The kid’s should be in the small pool, but the parents just let the kids do what they wanted to do without any care for there safety and letting them dive in and out of the big pool. Where is the staff, who should be monitoring this behaviour.
