O hotel tem um astral incrível, cercado por uma paisagem linda e muito bem cuidada. Os quartos são confortáveis e limpos, e o café da manhã é simplesmente maravilhoso, com muita variedade e qualidade. A equipe é muito atenciosa e faz você se sentir bem-vindo desde a chegada. Super recomendo e, com certeza, voltaria a me hospedar.

I would definitely recommend this hotel! It’s very clean and all the staff is very kind and helpful! The room was perfect for what I needed, the bed was quite firm which isn’t to my preference but I knew that it would be before I arrived. The amenities were also great! The pool was refreshing and clean, the gym was great, some of the equipment was a little on the older side but it all worked well! I used the breakfast buffet both mornings and it was great! So many options and the fresh fruit was so yummy! I didn’t utilize the spa but I met the kitty and fell in love! Very close to both Kata and Karon Beaches (about a 15 and 5 minute walk respectively). I would definitely recommend this to anyone solo travelling, I had a great experience.

Voici une version améliorée avec tes ajouts : L’emplacement de l’hôtel est idéal, à la frontière entre Karon et Kata, avec la plage à proximité immédiate. Les chambres sont confortables et bien entretenues. Les piscines sont spacieuses et agréables, parfaites pour se détendre. Nous avons rencontré un léger problème de climatisation, mais le personnel a immédiatement réagi. Nous sommes ravis de l’accueil et de la gentillesse des équipes.

I'm so happy I found The Horizon Karon Resort & Spa. It's a gem of a place! What really made my stay special were beautiful, friendly staff. Charlie, Sherry, Chaun and Spy are among the names of those who made me feel so well looked after. The resort itself is a simple and peaceful oasis. It is set up on a hill, around a 10-minute walk up from the main street, beach, restaurants and many shops selling everything your might need. It was the perfect location for me — close enough to everything, but far enough away to escape the noise and crowds. There are three beautiful pools to choose from, so I had no problems finding a sun lounge and quiet place to relax. I also loved the complimentary afternoon tea each day. The homemade desserts were absolutely delicious! I would highly recommend Horizon Karon to anyone looking for a relaxed, peaceful holiday without flashiness or party atmosphere. It’s a lovely place to slow down, recharge your batteries and simply enjoy being on holiday. I will most certainly be back!

Booked this hotel for 2 nights and the room we were initially given had a really bad smell and was on the 3rd floor. We requested to change this as I had a bad knee and was not able to manage that many stairs as there are no lifts. We were given another room which was very nice. I just want to give a big shoutout to GAGA who was absolutely lovely, she is the most sweetest person ever. Thank you Gaga for everything you did for us ❤️❤️ Breakfast was ok.

You can tell that at one point, this hotel was all the rage. It is still beautiful, but some upgrades are visibly needed. For some reason they are very strict on the check-in process. Even 5 minutes before the official check-in time, we were told to wait. If the rooms are ready, I think they should allow guests to check-in. Instead, they had everyone wait in the lobby until exactly 3pm, which created a bit of chaos. But the staff was very friendly, the breakfast was amazing, and the location is perfect (away from the main street but close enough to walk everywhere).

Kein 4 Sterne Hotel

Leider sehr hellhörige Zimmer, wir konnten jedes Gespräch von den Nachbarn mitverfolgen. Vielleicht auch bedingt durch die Durchgangstür zum Nachbarzimmer. Definitiv nicht sauber, wir hatten tote Mücken an den Wänden kleben, Flecken auf den Bettlaken, das Badezimmer wurde nicht wirklich gereinigt (wir hatten eine tote Grille im Bad auf dem Boden, diese wurde 3 Tage lang nicht entfernt) Lage ist gut, in unmittelbarer Nähe zu Restaurants und zum Strand. Nette Hotelangestellte.

Mangelfuldt.

Hoteller var enormt mangelfuldt. De havde ikke vores booking k systemet da vi kom, og ville have vi skulle betale igen. Halvdelen af hotellet var lukket, og lignede noget der havde været efter landet i flere år. Børneområde var smadret, alle pools var ikke åbnet, og der lugtede af skimmelsvamp på værelserne. Fitness var heller ikke en ting.

Absolut inte 4 Stjärnigt !!

Vi hade bokat ett rum med 2 Queen Size sängar ( superiorrum men när vi kom till rummet fick vi en King size säng o 2 rostiga järnsängar med skitiga madrasser killen i receptionen som checka in oss var trevlig o hjälpsam o vi fick byta rum dagen efter till det vi hade bokat! Hotellchefen var inte alls intresserad av att hjälpa oss att få kompensation för att vi fick fel rum! Överhuvudtaget ett slitet hotell som verkligen inte lever upp till 4 stjärnor Rummen är slitna dåligt städade och luktar mögel! Mycket trappor i hela hotell området knappt några solstolar o knappt nån sol runt poolen Frukost ok Nära till Karon Beach
