スタッフはいつも笑顔でステキです。 喋りに乏しい私に、親切に対応してくれた。 外のカラオケレストランの音量が大きく、時折気になる。 シャワールームの窓に網戸が欲しかったのと、冷蔵庫があれば完璧。リーズナブルな価格だったのでうれしいかったです。

Our roomed smelled really bad(maybe because of humidity or air conditioner etc...we asked for a different room, but it was full. They brought us a spray but didnt work well) A lady(I believe her name was Doy) was nice but besides her, staffs werent helpful. We wanted to go to James Bond Island, so we asked for a tour at the front desk. The two ladies didnt even want to call the tour company. They said the company closes at 8 pm and it was 7:50pm...so unmotivated. This was my 3rd visit to Phuket, it was the worst hotel. I wont come back here.

プーケットタウンや翌日にピピ島に行くには便利なホテルです。バスステーションが近くにあるため、移動費が高いプーケットにおいては拠点にするにはいいと思います。

冷蔵庫が欲しかったです。朝食はまあまあ。パトンビーチに行くソンテオ乗り場まで徒歩10分くらい。タクシーで行くと600バーツ、ソンテオは30バーツ。

Basic amenities like toothbrushes, towel were not provided and were available on chargeable basis that too above Maximum Retail Price. Staff was not welcoming and rude. The property felt cheap and left there were several places where cost cutting was done. The balcony experience was the worst as it was infront to open Sewage and balcony smelled so awful. The bathroom was also poorly ventilated

Great coffee bar in the lobby, good breakfast, laundry and pool open 24/hr. Great location for walking. Quiet safe area! Would stay here again!

The room was good with a nice balcony and the main lobby area had the community feel of a hostel (good thing). Breakfast had plenty of options and there's fresh juice 24/7 available in the lobby. The things we didn't like: Floor in the room was dirty and needed to be swept, soaking tub on balcony didn't look super clean either so we didn't use it.

Budget stay
The room was okay. There were no cupboards to keep the luggage. You just have a very small open shelf where you can keep just your cabin bag. It’s a good place to stay if you’re on a budget and don’t stay in the room a lot. Service was really good. The cleaning team were really sweet.

Leider nicht so sauber, aber wahrscheinlich der thailändische Standard. Waren 2 Nächte hier. Und ein komischer Geruch im Zimmer. Klima funktionierte einwandfrei. Allerdings war auch die schwächste Stufe nicht für die Nacht geeignet. Frühstück war um 9:30Uhr noch alles auf Vorrat und wurde nachgelegt.

Blu Monkey is a wonderful place to stay as a mainstay in the Phuket area. We stayed here for 4 nights and couldn’t have been happier! Monkey Desk: All the front desk attendants were so helpful in so many ways. We had little planned for activities but with their help, we were able to do so much more! They helped us in communicating with the tours, setting us up with taxi services, and gave us so many restaurant recommendations. One Chun was our favorite restaurant! If we ever come back to Phuket, we will make sure to stay at Blu Monkey again!

DO NOT stay at this hotel!
Absolute worst hotel we have ever stayed in, in Thailand. The Room was not cleaned and did not smell good. The bathub was dirty, which was clear as when we filled it with water, the efter was all dark green. The Aircondition was broken. We had book 4 nights, but ended up checking out after just 1 night. When we asked for a refund due to the horrible room conditions, we were told that this was not possible. DO NOT stay at this hotel!!!

The hotel apologizes for the incident. The front office acknowledged that guests did not like the room. The customer did not mention about the air condition had a problem, Anyway the hotel could be offering the option to move rooms for the customer and offered and compansated to them in many optional but the customber choose to early checked out. So we could not refund because is non-refundable according to the agreement policy of the booking.

遠離主要道路，比較安靜，步行往商店亦不算遠，約10分鐘，不落雨會好一點。床和枕頭都好睡，房間主色是白色，空間感大。

Trendy branding masked the somewhat shoddy condition of my room. The toilet and shower are in a cramped room, and the wash basin is in the main room itself. Bed was stiff and the towels were frayed around the edges. Also didn't care for the black walls, which gave everything a gloomy appearance. But it was good enough for a night's rest. And the bus station is right on the opposite end of the parking lot.

Nice deco hotel.
The hotel has a very hip look. Cool decorations in the room with a bathtub outside. A big table serving all day juices / coffee etc. Good to chill around.

Deçue pour le prix payé! :( Les seuls points positifs ont été l'emplacement et l'accueil chaleureux. La chambre en tant que tel semblait malpropre. Hotel looks well decorated and designed at first but the black and white paint schemes is horrible functionally. Half the room is painted black with a lack of lighting inside. There’s only about 3 pot lights in the ceiling and 2 lamps that I had to turn facing up just so it could bounce a little bit of light off the walls. I could barely see anything at night. One of my plugs wasn’t even next to my side of the bed which was irritating all week. And this is just about wall paint! First night there the toilet clogs. We tell front desk (staff are very nice) and they said they’ll get someone to fix it. We come back end of day still clogged. Didn’t bother that night and went in the morning, a new staff asked if we flushed toilet paper. Well okay that’s news to us sure guess we’ll throw them in the garbage (gross). This time they fixed it by the time we returned in the evening. Next day toilet clogs AGAIN. Was an absolute nightmare with this toilet. I’ll leave it at that. Breakfast was mediocre at best and also cold. Food tasted like it was made at 4am and left for 630-1030. Orange/apple juice was pure sugar. The pool was constantly occupied by large 5-8 person groups. The walls are thin and people will constantly slam their doors when they go in and out and it’ll sound like it was in your room. Basically if you need a room only (clean I will add), with no expectation on facilities and amenities go for it because the location is pretty good. But otherwise No thanks.

Not what i expected....motel 6 with perks
This hotel was disappointing. I haven't traveled too much in Asia but this place is not a 4 star.... maybe four out of 10. There is no hand soap and the shower gel and shampoo smell like Bubblegum. The towels are very dingy. There's no closet or drawer space for a 3-night stay. There were four hangers...thermostat on the room had one setting ice cold. Bed was as as hard as a rock. The hotel staff acted like they understood English but when I spoke they looked at each other like they couldn't understand. Everybody was nice enough it's just not like the reviews. There was one near in the room above a pedestal sink the mirror was 12 in in diameter. The breakfast buffet was nice enough! And they offered free bananas and various drinks complimentary. Place is nested into an area where the bus terminal is. You have to walk about five blocks to get to some old town sites. The fixtures were all loose and coming off the walls. The toilet seat Didn't fit and was loose. dirt in the corners on the floor.... but I guess we're in Thailand.
