We just love this hotel. The Blue Hound is such a great restaurant/bar to have in a hotel. Loved the master mixology class at 4pm and the free social hour at 5pm. Also, the free coffee bar in the morning is just a nice touch. It gets old having to pay $8 for coffee in the morning as a hotel guest ...

Hotel San Carlos - Downtown Convention Center
Room was very clean and the entire hotel quite nostalgic. Only gripes are the toilets are set a bit low and the shower water alternated between warm and really hot!
