Even though they don’t normally have staff on site they have always answered any concerns we had. We have stayed at fawndale numerous times and it has worked out perfectly for us.

The staff was the highlight of our stay. Everyone we interacted with was friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. They made check-in and our overall experience as pleasant as possible. Unfortunately, the property itself is showing its age and could use significant updates. While the room was functional, cleanliness could be improved, and there was a persistent unpleasant odor in several areas. The business center, in particular, had a strong smell that resembled urine. The coffee provided was also undrinkable. I appreciated seeing security on-site, and I chose to park directly under a spotlight because it made me feel more comfortable. If you're looking for an affordable place to stay, this hotel may meet your budget. However, if cleanliness, atmosphere, and overall comfort are priorities, you may want to consider other options. The excellent staff deserve recognition.

Perfect stop over for us. Rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. Staff was great! Really good breakfast. And the pool was much needed.
