This is a newer building and it still has that new building smell and feel. Everything was very clean and the staff at the front desk were super friendly and accommodating. No breakfast and only one coffee option in the mornings, but dining options are plentiful in the vicinity of this place. I’d definitely stay here again.

They offered zero housekeeping during our stay. If we wanted new towels, we had to bring them to the office in a laundry basket to get them exchanged ourselves, and then at checkout was charged over $36 for a ‘linen exchange fee’ that I EXCHANGED MYSELF! They also tried to charged my employee $700 for her SERVICE ANIMAL which is illegal.

The property was brand new. However, the floors were filthy. Also there were no blackout curtains on the ground floor room, only blinds. I could also hear every step the person above me made like they forgot to insulate between floors. Stay on the 4th floor if you stay here.

This place was not at all what I expected. The kitchen area did not have any utensils, plates, etc. there was not an even a coffee pot. I felt like I moved into an apartment and forgot to bring my things! Thank goodness there was toilet tissue! The towels were skimpy and no hand towels. The only saving grace was that the room was clean , the bed comfortable, and the employees were very nice.

I arrived late evening. The first room I got was either already occupied or hadn’t been serviced. The second room had defective blinds that wouldn’t close. The room I finally stayed in didn’t have any soap in the bathroom. It seems like a brand new property, but there are many bugs to be worked out.

This facility is apparently only 3 weeks old...The staff was great and the Rooms were beautiful however as far as amenities there was not even a Kleenex box, lotion, hair dryer, iron or ironing board in the room, and definitely no coffee maker or coffee in the room. You needed to go downstairs in order to get a cup of coffee.... It had a beautiful glass stove top, counter and sink and refrigerator however there were no pots, pans, dishes, cups or silverware to use if you were going to use those particular amenities.. When you went down to ask if there was lotion or an actual shampoo separate from the conditioner all they had was little tiny soaps and little tiny all in one shampoo/ conditioner. Way too high of a price to pay for the lack of amenities. And right across the parking lot are two wedding venue event places that stayed up all night long playing very loud music. When you have to get up early in the morning and leave for a flight it is not an excellent place to be.

Hotel was nice, clean, and quiet for the most part. Location felt safe and was not far off the freeway. Hotel was a little pricey for what it offered. Coffee, laundry and a gym. Cable was not working for a day in our room. The two ladies I encountered during my stay were both very nice. Check in/out was easy.

Disappointing Stay with Poor Service Our stay was frustrating from the start. Check-in took nearly 30 minutes despite having a reservation. Basic amenities were lacking, and customer service was nearly nonexistent—we couldn’t even get anyone on the phone at the front desk. To make matters worse, both the internet and cable were down for the first two days. The location is also inconvenient, with no restaurants or bars within walking distance. Overall, a very disappointing experience. Would not recommend.

It’s not fair to point out the negative things without also mentioning the positive things. Positive things Hotel seems to be new and it is very clean. Every staff member I interacted with was very friendly. The bed looked pretty flimsy, but was actually quite comfortable. The microwave and refrigerator were quite large. Negative Things There were absolutely no utensils of any kind in the kitchen area. Not a single thing. I have not ever stayed at another hotel with a kitchen where that was the case. I learned later they offer basic kitchen supplies for purchase. That seemed very odd to me, as I believe a reasonable person would expect there to be at least some basic kitchen utensils in a room with a kitchen. I should have checked their website before booking to see that they didn’t have any utensils, but I didn’t think it was necessary. That was quite disappointing to me and I would not have booked had I known it was the case. Also, nothing to wash dishes with. Lack of very basic things in the room. No iron, ironing board, hand towels or small bottles of lotion. Also very few hangers, no plastic laundry bags. A very bare bones feel to the entire room. I saw on the website that they do this to keep costs down, but the room was not cheap. Overall, I was disappointed with the hotel and would not stay again, but if you don’t mind the very bare bones approach, it is a clean hotel with a friendly staff in a nice area, so you may enjoy it. Not for me though.

The room had barely anything in it. No tissues, extra towls, extra soap, etc. The bed was also very cheap and very soft. I could not sleep well.
