Beautiful desert landscape can be seen from every window! “The Louie” is a cute little guest house located on the same property as “The Lewis House”. Enjoy your morning coffee on the private patio surrounded by gorgeous Bougainvilleas. Or get cozy and roast some marshmallows around your very own fire pit! Guests have private access to the entrance of the condo and a separate dining area, patio & fire pit. “The Louie” is conveniently located in Phoenix’s charming Arcadia neighborhood. -20 minutes from TPC (Waste Management Open) -24 minutes to State Farm Stadium (Super Bowl LVII) -5 minutes from major freeways and Sky Harbor Airport. -A short 5 minute drive to Old Town Scottsdale and The Biltmore -Target, Costco and Fry’s grocery store just a few blocks away Free street parking “The Louie” is located in the back of “The Lewis House”.
