Unit was very clean, but seems not to be legal (big sign about "please don't contact front desk"). ***More importantly, it took me HOURS to get in.*** The VRBO app/website had no check in instructions, and I needed codes for both the door and the exterior gate. Eventually I got a code for the door (which worked), but I never did get a working code for the gate. If someone hadn't been kind enough to let me in I would not have gotten in (once in the apartment, there was a fob for the gate). Wandering the streets of phoenix after dark is not my idea of a good time. Two stars not one bc Terence says the app wasn't working on his end, which is why replies took so long. However, he also didn't ever respond to my text/call (VRBO help desk gave me a phone number). So not more than two.

The area was close to the airport and restaurants. The apartment was great. Very clean and spacious. The pool was heated and there was a hot tub and workout facility. The community was gated with a code, so it was a secure area. We felt very safe and comfortable.
