Luxurious resort-like retreat in a beautiful community with spectacular golf and mountain views. Plenty of room for everyone in this stunning 5200 sq ft resort-style home with 6 beds/6 baths. Gourmet kitchen with granite counter tops, large island, dining area which opens to family room which steps out 2 patios, fireplace and BBQ.
Formal Living room and Dining area off kitchen for all your entertaining needs. Master bedroom offers walk-in closet and newly remodeled bathroom, large walk in shower.
3 additional bedrooms, 2 are ensuite, on main floor.
Upper floor has large bedroom and half bath with a private patio with breathtaking sunset views.
This home provides total privacy and the location is near all conveniences. Very close to Scottsdale, Desert Ridge Paradise Valley, shopping and award winning restaurants.
Walking distance to Whole Foods, Trader Joes, Starbucks, Frys market.
We are on the 17th hole on the Public, Stone Creek golf course and has very nice rates (approx. $20) for after 4pm

This was our second time staying at the Cholla house for a guys golf trip and similar to our first stay .. did not disappoint. The house has everything you need to relax after playing a round or two of golf. Everyone slept comfortably and thoroughly enjoyed the pool/hot tub. Can’t recommend this property enough for anyone traveling to the desert. Keep up the great work and we hope to see you next year!

Our stay at the Cholla house in Scottsdale was great. One of the highlights was the private pickleball court, which we took full advantage of. We played countless matches and it was a great way to stay active and have fun at the same time.The putting green was another fun feature. The terrain was interesting but we turned it into our own mini-golf challenge, creating games and trick shots that kept us entertained. The pool and jacuzzi grotto were relaxing and if there were any issues with the temperature or controls someone was available to guide us. Inside, the house was just as impressive. The kitchen was spacious and well equipped, making it easy to prepare meals. The entertainment areas were thoughtfully designed so we could have two sports games on tv at the same time. Whether we were inside or outside, the Cholla House delivered an incredible experience, making our trip truly memorable.

Had a great time at this house. Everything worked as expected, except for the pool and spa heater. Liked the fact that it was stocked with kitchen extras. Didn't have to go out and get condiments or coffee. Really enjoyed the pickleball court.

This was the perfect spot for our recent golf trip to Scottsdale. Plenty of room and plenty of beds for our group. We especially enjoyed the pickleball court and jacuzzi. The property manager was very responsive when we had a couple of minor issues, too. We will definitely return to this location in the future!

Has all the fixin’s for golf, activity, keeping cool, space. We had a group of 9 guys playing golf and enjoying the dinner scene. Easy ride into old town or out to TPC. Very smooth weekend!

This house provides enough beds and bathrooms for a large family or golf group. A great kitchen helps to draw everyone together for meal preparation while the pool/outside patio draws everyone together for dinner. A wonderful choice.

Perfect place and stay for guys’ golf/hang trip. House has everything you need and more. Tons of outdoor activities, multiple indoor spaces, nice pool, etc. Matthew and Corrina were very accommodating which was the cherry on top of an already great stay. We loved everything the house has to offer. The backyard provided everything we needed for a week of fun. We spent lots of time playing pickleball, swimming, hot tubing, and playing bags. The location was close to lots of great hikes, golf, restaurants and stores. The set up was perfect for our group of 5 families - everyone couple had their own bedroom and bathroom and the kids had their own little attached "apartment". Would definitely rent again.

We had a fantastic stay at the Cholla House. Our group had 11 guys and the house fit everyone comfortably. The house is so big we forgot about the "extra room" off the garage which had even more beds/bathrooms/kitchenette. We spent most of the time in the backyard enjoying pickleball, the pool and other games. The house had everything we needed and kitchen/bathrooms were well stocked. The house was close to the airport and Old Town - would recommend to anyone visiting the PHX/Scottsdale area.

This house was wonderful to call home for our 4 day football trip. Everyone loved it and the house manager was very helpful with information and assisting us with a variety of needs. The property was very well maintained and clean. The backyard has alot of amenities including pool, hottub, putting greens (with balls and clubs) to keep you busy throughout the day. I would definitely stay at this location again the next time I visit phoenix.

Housed all 15 of us with no problems. Outside Pool, Spa and Pickle Ball court was great. The bedrooms and bathrooms were all clean and in order. There is definitely some deferred maintenance issues that need attention.

Good getaway weekend with the guys. Plenty of rooms, quiet neighborhood with good privacy, and the pickle ball court was an awesome addition. Check in process was a little concerning because we didn’t get the all clear until right before check in time. I am used to other properties we have stayed that send you instructions the morning of, or sometimes even earlier. Beside that, communication with Corrina was good, and the one question we had once we were there was answered very promptly. Overall would recommend for those with large groups!

Words cannot express the surroundings and the amenities at the home. We had 10 people and 5 of them were children 5 and under. We had so much room and yet able to watch the kids either at play or watching television as we sat by the outside fireplace. The kitchen with double dishwashers was a great social area for all meals and nothing we could have asked for. The pool and hot tub area were exactly as in the pictures. We were minutes from restaurants, Costco and any possible shopping. Our thanks for the memories this holiday home provided!

My family stayed for one week and loved the home. There were 3 families from out of town convening in Phoenix for my son's wedding and everyone agreed the house was incredible. It has a convenient location and was beautiful inside & out. The swimming pool was a hit with the slide and the grotto in the hot tub. The outside kitchen facilitated a nice burger cookout and there was plenty of outside patio seating. We were treated to great weather for late May with days in mid 80's and cool nights so we used the hot tub and the outdoor chimney fireplace in the evening. It was great having a huge refrigerator & a double dishwasher. I liked the scenery looking into the back yard with the golf course, pool, putting greens, & wildllfe (the quail with their babies and multiple rabbits every morning & evening). We didn't want to leave!

Kitchen was not clean and somewhat beat up. Not all lights worked, and not properly not kept up. Pool and pickle ball courts great, putting green very beat up. Pool was nice, but control for pool was in poor shape. Had to supply gas tanks for outdoor heaters and condition of outdoor grills were very bad.

I found this booking and I was glad to have the larger house WITH a Pickleball court and a pool/hot tub. We had 5 couples and 1 single adult. We had plenty of room/bathrooms. Everything on the website looked great. We paid extra to have the pool heated and it was ready for us when we got there. The house and amenities are just older. My husband had to fix several things while we were there. I myself climbed up on tables to replace lightbulbs and fix lights. The bicycles they had there I think 5 of them ALL the tires were flat. We wanted to ride around the neighborhood but couldn’t. We called and they did come and picked up the bikes and fixed them but it took a whole day and half to bring back. The outlets in most of the bedrooms didn’t work as it wouldn’t hold a phone charger in. We were just surprised that the house although fine, we were not impressed. The 3 grills that they have, none were in working condition. We did use one of the outside heaters but it took 3 tries to find a propane unit that worked. There was no loungers by the pool, which would have been nice to have. Like I said everything was FINE, just not wowed by any of it. If it was updated and maintained it would be a great house to rent for the large group. I’m already looking to book a place for next year for the group but not sure this is it.

Could improve on cleanliness of outside areas. Lost two days with hot tub heater not working. Manager was very nice and helpful. She also worked hard getting spa working. Overall, very good and we would use it again.
