The Space:

Rancho Laredo hosted by Hilde Homes is a magnificent custom-built home with 3,225 sq ft of living space, designed for friends and loved ones to escape the daily grind and sink into peace with warm contemporary furnishings and exquisite decor. Plus, indoor and outdoor fun! You'll have a swimming pool, hot tub, fire pit, pergola-shaded dining/BBQ area, a Peloton bike, in-home arcade, foosball, ping pong, and a 6-hole putting green!

– IN-HOME GAME ROOM with CARD TABLE, PORTABLE BAR, ARCADE GAMES like Pac Man & Golden Tee Golf! Plus, POOL & PING PONG TABLES in the garage game room with a 55" Smart TV. No lack of fun here! (The garage has no AC, but we can provide some fans. Garage fun is best as an evening activity when it's cooler.)



– BACKYARD with built-in fun! Outdoor swimming pool & hot tub that can be heated (extra fee - see Other Things to Note section), fire pit, pergola-shaded dining area with 75” Smart TV, string-lights over the pool, barbecue grills and a 6-HOLE PUTTING GREEN!

Pool heating is available from September through June. During July and August, heating is not offered, as the pool naturally maintains a delightful, warm temperature, perfect for a refreshing summer swim.
