Thon Hotel Narvik
The service staff is not friendly at all. I asked for a soft blanket or a sheet and they told me they didn't have any. They only seem to focus on groups of skiers.

Scandic Narvik
Charged an extra fee to check in a couple hours early, even though the room was ready. Hotel is small, although it looks significantly bigger in the photos.
