Well appointed 2nd floor condo overlooks Piestewa Mountain Preserve (aka Squaw Peak Mountain) and the 9th hole of Stone Creek Golf Course!
The view boasts amazing sunsets and enjoyment watching the action on the golf course.
Unit featured new luxury finishes in the kitchen and bathroom and a brand new LG washing machine.
Enjoy access to the communities 5 pools/hot tubs/waterfalls and beautiful cactus garden.
Building 12 is centered in the middle of the community and you are far away from traffic noise.
