Located in the heart of Paradise Valley, this architectural masterpiece provides sweeping views of desert landscapes. An outdoor living room with a fireplace overlooks the pool and built-in grill, perfect for al fresco dining and watching the sunset over the Phoenix mountains. Elevated amenities such as a double island kitchen, dining table that seats 20, and fire-pit are ideal for entertainers, while the private entry guest suite with kitchen is perfect for those needing extra privacy. His/her marble bathrooms and closets, on-trend interior design, and included games, such as corn hole, ping pong, are some of the many features that make this home feel extra special and stylish.

Scottsdale, Arizona is often pegged as a luxury spa and golf destination. While that reputation is well-deserved, it also has an excellent art and food scene, plus a laid-back vibe that can be enjoyed by everyone, not just luxe lovers. Other than golf, which truly is incredible here, visitors can enjoy the outdoors by hiking in the Sonoran Desert, kayaking on the Lower Salt River, and touring the Bradshaw Mountains on ATVs.

- The use of this short-term rental to house sex offenders is prohibited. The owner of this short-term rental is required to perform a background check on you and your guests prior to your stay.

Accidental Damage Protection: A non-refundable accidental damage protection plan has been included in the price of your reservation. Under this plan, you will not be held responsible to pay for accidental damage or loss to the rental property resulting from you or others in your party up to $2000. This plan does not cover intentional acts of a guest, gross negligence, or willful and wanton conduct, and/or damages caused by pets. This plan is not available for reservations 28 days or longer or reservations that require a security deposit.


Per local city ordinances in Paradise Valley, outside noise may not exceed 56 decibels during the day. All outdoor music and noise is prohibited after 10pm. Inability to comply will result in fines.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.

As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards.

IDs will be requested for verification after booking. All bookings over 30 days require a security deposit.

The home was great, location, rooms, except not really enough bathrooms for 8 men. The down stairs room by the pool had a really bad smell. I would have them clean and air that room out. There was no Kleenex in the house so we used toilet paper. Not the best.

We would rate this beautiful home as a 9. Beautiful views of Camelback Mountain. The beds were very comfortable, spacious bedrooms and en-suite bathrooms. The master bedroom is incredible and en-suite bath is huge. We had 24 family members spend Thanksgiving together. Thanksgiving dinner was catered and the table was perfect for our large group. Ping pong table and shuffle board were a hit. Casita was nice but it had an Oder to it. The kitchen was amazing with 2 sinks & huge island. Gas fireplaces were beautiful throughout the house and fire pit outside was awesome. Everyone loved the house and its amenities.

Nothing short of perfect!
This property was absolutely amazing!! We decided to host a last minute intimate wedding with 30 people complete with a personal chef and I couldn’t have imagined our day any better! This was a bit of a staycation for us and the house was gorgeous and spacious enough to sleep 12 adults easily with 2 young children. The space was perfect for a long, family-style dinner table and the chef had an ample amount of room to prepare our meal. The views were stunning and the home left us feeling relaxed and refreshed. We had paid to have the pool heated though after arriving, we noticed that it was not heated. The hosts were very responsive and quickly refunded us for this extra charge since we were told that the pool at this house does not have a heater. One of the bathrooms was out of service as listed in the description but this was not an issue as there were many other bathrooms to share. The AC in the house was perfect. There was a previous recent review stating that some rooms felt hot so we were a little nervous. We didn’t have any issues with temperature, and the master bedroom even has its own thermostat! The hallway toilet seat was only attached on one side, causing a little mishap of falling off with one of our family members. The hosts were very responsive and ready to send out a maintenance tech immediately. 100% recommend this house and this company! We definitely didn’t want to leave.

Beautiful Spot for a Large Group
The house was super clean, the views were epic, and the kitchen was perfect for setting up large meals for our group of 18 ladies. The bathroom situation was a bit challenging for showers/toilets for the number of people we had. Their are 3 full bath's with showers/toilets and a half bath so with 18 ladies it was challenging at times. The A/C stopped working halfway through our stay, so not sure if it was something with the system or if it was just too hot outside to keep the space at 73 degrees F. Overall we loved our time at the house and I'd definitely go back, but maybe with a smaller sized group.

Beautiful property but multiple issues with property and communication
This was our first time booking a property through Avant Stay and we were quite disappointed as we were faced with multiple issues: 1. Communication about check-in time was inconsistent. I had requested an earlier check-in via a VRBO message and was told that an earlier check-in at 3pm would not be possible and that we had to check-in at 4pm. I was then sent the contract to sign which stated that my check-in time would be 3pm. I inquired about this discrepancy and was told my check in time was confirmed to be 4pm. We arrived at the property at 3pm to see if our code would be working by then and it did. It’s great that you provide multiple ways of communicating with your property managers (VRBO, app, email, text, etc.) but it would be nice if they all had consistent information. 2. One of the en-suite bathrooms (bath 7) was locked and inaccessible. We sent a message via text and was told that the bathroom is not operational and that they could not unlock this bathroom. Why weren’t we informed that this was inaccessible if you were aware ahead of time that we would not be able to use this bathroom? 3. The pool waterfall was not working. We sent a text message inquiring about this and were told that the property does not include a waterfall. The photos of this property clearly show a pool waterfall. Again, it would be great if your property managers were familiar with the property. 4. The air conditioning in a few of the rooms did not work. Our guests were complaining that no air was coming out of the vents and were very uncomfortable at night. 5. The Wi-Fi and backup Wi-Fi did not work. 6. There was only one hair dryer in the house which had to be shared by 18 people. We were very excited to stay at this property but ended up being quite disappointed for the price that we paid.
