Everything was average here except the pool and proximity to shopping were both very nice. The following were negatives: Check in was 20 mins late because cleaners were not done.Cleaners left the wrong key, so we had no access to amenities first evening and night.Bathtub drain was clogged and would reach about ankle height during a 5 min shower. Host said they would have maintenance in the next day, but never did fix this or followup.I was not notified about parking lot maintenance until the day before and was instructed to find a local parking garage and move my car out by 7:00 am on the checkout day. Not sure about you, but I like sleeping in on my vacation and I don't like having the carry all of my luggage 5 mins to a local parking garage during check out. Had I known this, I would have stayed elsewhere.

My husband and I spent a wonderful month in this apartment. The location next to kierland commons and Scottsdale quarters was very convenient. We walked across the street every night for dinner ice cream and shopping. The gym was amazing as well as the pool. I did feel it was a little small when we had 4 people in the apartment. We were a party of 2 but when we had 2 visitors the apartment was cramped. Otherwise it was everything we would have wanted during a month away. The management company was very responsive to all of our needs.

We arrived very late (after 11pm) and did not receive check-in instructions at 4pm as we were told we would. I did not check to ensure we had gotten them as we were in the air at the time. After arriving and getting our rental car it was after 11pm, and because of the late hour, the management team was gone for the day (after 11pm). This required us to contact Expedia/Vrbo, who then after around 30 minutes was able to get ahold of the local property management group and get check-in instructions. Thanks to Expedia/Vrbo for clearing this up. Property was very nice and very close to lots of restaurants and shopping. Pool and hot tub area was also very well maintained, with views of the adjacent golf course.

Disappointed in the lack of accommodation when our flight was delayed. I have used VBRO several times and with Vrbo assistance accommodation can usually be achieved. This property manager would not even discuss. For this reason I would use another property manager such as Vacasa whom I have used previously. More to this property overall, the bed are very comfortable and shower is great . Cleaning could be improved as towels and rugs remained in dryer upon our arrival. This is not a huge issue but attention to detail in this area lacked while upholding the most stringent position on contract adjustment was specifically attuned to detail. Only use this property if you do not need accommodations after contract execution.

Amazing stay in Scottsdale

From start to finish.. this property owner was awesome… great communication, location is fantastic.. minutes from anything you are looking for.. property was clean, very well kept and stocked very well.. the layout is tremendous with the two bedrooms and two separate bathrooms.. i would highly recommend you check this location out.. i will definitely be staying here again when i visit scottsdale..
