Great place/location

This is a great place to stay. Safe neighborhood, close to many attractions, and the pictures were accurate. Hosts were very responsive and check in was a breeze. Highly recommend this property for your next stay.

Met expectations except for pool and hot tub area closed by city ordinance for 4 weeks ahead of my stay. Unfortunate surprise.

Good Location

The location is great. Easy to get places. It was quiet. But there are a flight of stairs to enter the condo. I did not see that in the listing and my dad had a hard time getting up and down the stairs.

Restful night

I really enjoyed my stay. It was easy to access. It was in a good location for my trip to Phoenix. The beds were comfortable. The only thing I had trouble with was using my app with the Wi-Fi in the place. Upon leaving, I just called the owner to let them know I was leaving. Overall, I would highly recommend this place!

Great location

We were in Scottsdale for a long weekend for a wedding. The unit was as described. Nice balcony off the dining area to enjoy. Since we were there a short time, we didn't use much of the kitchen, but we did make a frozen pizza and couldn't find a pizza cutter. The condo was clean. We had enough towels and extra items. There was a flight of stairs to the condo, no elevator that we saw. It didn't impact us, but not sure if that was mentioned in the details and may be a concern to some renters. The condo was close to the airport and a lot of nice restaurants, overall a good location.

Pros and Cons

Condo was exactly as advertised, decorated very nice, and the location was amazing - close to tons of shopping and restaurants. The pool was very inviting, and the landscaping is done very nicely. The condo is a bit outdated however and could use some updating, with a fresh coat of paint and a deep clean. We found dried toothpaste in both bathroom sinks as well as black hairs everywhere, and carpet seemed dirty. The guest room was extremely warm and didn't seem to be getting any of the AC, but there was a nice fan provided. The master bed could use a pillow top for more comfort. The low price and location definitely make up for these cons though.

Bare basics, dirty

On the surface, this condo looks as pictured. But as soon as we walked into the door, it was obviously not clean or well maintained. The floors were so dirty my white socks were black within a half day. There are stains and scrapes on all walls, doors and baseboards. The towels and washcloths left for us to use were stained and dirty. The couch and throw pillows are stained and smell bad. The kitchen has the absolute bare necessities. If you eat out each meal, the kitchen may be fine but we chose to cook and didnt even have a pizza pan or baking sheet. The kitchen drawers were sticky inside and out and many are broken. We contacted the host and she was very responsive to our concerns. We sent her pictures to show how dirty things were and she was apologetic and offered to send the cleaners back to us as well as refund the cleaning fee. She also purchased, washed and delivered clean towels and wash clothes which we greatly appreciated. I recognize that many of the concerns with cleanliness were not directly the fault of the host. She has a cleaning co. for those. I do, however, feel that as the host there should be much more care given to cleaning and painting the walls, doors etc. They are so dirty and marked up it makes the whole place feel run down. The couch absolutely needs addressed. The lighting throughout is lacking, the place is dark in the evening. These are things I have seen mentioned in past reviews and have still not been taken care of. Location is great.

Our second stay at this property. The host quickly responds to our questions and was extremely helpful. The property is in an excellent location to enjoy all that the Biltmore and Arcadia area have to offer. The condo was exactly as pictured, well stocked and very clean. We will stay here again when visiting Phoenix.

There was a 9 inch round gross looking stain on the bedsheet when we pulled down the covers. Fortunately there were clean sheets in the closet so my wife changed the sheets. We did notify the owners when we saw this, but no response. If we hadn't found clean sheets we would not have slept in that bed. Mattress was so soft it felt like a 20 year old mattress. Door would not lock when we left. Notified owners that we left front door unlocked.

Served us well as a landing spot while we moved our daughter. The listing made the property look much newer and better equipped for entertaining than what we found upon arrival. The apartment has an ordor that wasn't inviting. The airpurifier isn't masking it.
