Guys golf outing

Condo was nice and convenient to friends. It IS NOT however a 3-bedroom condo. The room considered a 3rd bedroom had a futon barely suitable for a child. Very misleading to advertise this as a 3-bedroom unless there was at least a single bed and some furniture.

Perfect Place for Spring Training

This condo had everything we needed for two couples to see some Spring Training baseball. Everything was spotlessly clean, close to the ballparks, perfect workout room & pool. We did find the internet connection somewhat annoying, as it would cut off and say retry at random times. Bedrooms were very comfortable & stocked with plenty of pillows and toiletries. It would be nice to have a tv in the 2nd bedroom upstairs. The kitchen could use a few more plates and glasses, otherwise very adequate.We would definitely rent from Troy again.

Perfect Oasis

This home has it all. It was so clean, well furnished, and perfect location. Just steps from the community pool, hot tub, and gym. The owner is so helpful. Highly recommend this home. It's in a safe gated community. There is shopping and restaurants minutes away. Can't wait to book again!

Spring training stay

Excellent location and roomy condo. The communication was excellent and it was easy and comfortable. The location is good for spring training as all facilities are within 30 minutes of this VRBO. Troy was a great host and we enjoyed the condo.

a perfect place to unwind

Initially we were dismayed when we arrived to find the condo hadn’t been cleaned since the previous occupant (not dirty really, just unmade beds) but Troy quickly got housecleaning on the job, and we were able to check in after a couple of hours. There were enough dishes and supplies for our needs, including laundry detergent and softener. We were in Goodyear for the Cleveland Guardians spring training, and it was nice to have a comfortable place to return to. A caution: the water in the pool is COLD! I only went in once. Our daughter loved the jacuzzi and use it every day.

Lovely condo in Goodyear

We spend a week in Goodyear every February and this year had the pleasure of staying here. The house was the perfect size four our family of 4, it was very clean and inviting. We were all comfortable and had plenty of room to relax. The house had everything we needed for fun and function. The pool and gym are right next to the building so that was very nice. The location is great and Troy was so helpful to us in all our needs. We would absolutely recommend staying here in the future.

Perfect location and super clean

Great house and location.

House was nice clean and in a safe secure area. We would have liked some drinking cups for like a soda or something. Maybe we didn't look in the right spots for them. We would stay here again.

Great stay for spring baseball

Troy was very communicative and I had a great place to stay for local spring training baseball games. Terrific bathrooms and very quiet location. Love the large screen TVs.

Great, safe place with convenient location

The condo was new, updated, clean, and well set up. Everything I needed and more. Location is conveniently located near I10 and I303. It made getting everywhere easy. The host left many amenities above and beyond my expectations. Safe, quiet, gated community. Nice pool, spa, and exercise room just outside the front door.

Great Condo

Great condo near loads of golf courses, unit next to community pool, and close to all shopping. Condo itself was clean, and Troy was readily available if we had any questions. Great location. Would totally recommend this condo.

Great Home

Great home for our month long stay. The property was just as advertised and right next to the pool/gym which was very convenient. Great golf courses near by as well as a variety of restaurants and any other shopping needs. Troy was fast to address our questions and was very accommodating. Home was clean and well equipped to meet our needs. Would recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay. Thanks Troy for the use of your home!

Everything was perfect!
