The Philo Dome

About this space
The Dome is a wonderful getaway for families or a group of friends. It is a 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom 2-story home in the heart of the Anderson Valley wine country. Gaze at the stars from the hot tub, sample some fruit from the orchard, explore the redwoods and suspension bridge, swim in the Navarro River and visit local wineries and farms. A true country getaway! It shares the property with a cottage (periodically occupied by the owners), but maintains a feeling of privacy and has amazing views.
The space
In addition to the 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, the house includes a living room, dining room, kitchen, play room and TV area. Also included are a radio/CD player, TV (does not show any channels), VCR and DVD players, wireless internet access (no streaming), hot tub, outdoor shower, video and board game collection, hammocks, book library, gas grill and play structure. The kitchen is well stocked and includes all the basics plus a coffee maker, Nespresso machine, microwave, dishwasher, ice cream maker, washer and dryer.
Other things to note
We want you to know that we’re doing our part to help our guests stay safe by cleaning and disinfecting frequently touched surfaces (light switches, doorknobs, cabinet handles, remotes, etc.) before you check in and following the Aibnb cleaning checklist based on recommendations from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC). We have included a 24 hr. buffer period before your rental where no one will be in the house.

The Philo Dome is country living. Along with the amazing star-filled skies and quiet you don't find in the city, you also have ticks, poison oak, occasional bear and mountain lion sightings and the primary heat from a wood burning stove. Unwind from the bustle and settle into a slower pace of life. Internet is slow, there is no streaming and cell phones may not work. Please respect the quiet of the area.
