Stayed here for a conference. Staff not clear in their communications or helpful in general. Tried to charge me for early check in when I had paid for the night begore so that I could check in. Room was cold.

Great hotel. Close to Independence Hall etc.(only a few blocks away), Easy walk. The Reading Terminal Market is right next door. Will stay there again.
