"Everything went smoothly from start to finish, all down to clear and timely communication from Jacqui, Steve and the team at Rye & Beyond Cottages. We are a couple and a dog so the set-up worked perfectly, but we understand some of the thoughts around having to go through the master bedroom to get to the bathroom. The garden is completely enclosed, and this was exactly what we needed for our little pooch. And Pett is great. 2 great pubs and a butchers within walking distnace, loads of walks...

"Great house - cosy and comfortable. Loved the history of the terrace with the old wash houses still evident along the back of the property. Plenty of space for 4 of us. Beautifully decorated and well equipped. Walks from the door. Rye and Hastings a short drive away. And best of all walkable to the beach!"
