Um paraíso maravilhoso escondido na serra

Um paraíso. Não teria palavra melhor para poder descrever não somente a fazenda como também a equipe que cuidou de tudo com tanto zelo e carinho para nos receber. Ficamos apenas uma noite porém com uma imensa vontade de ficar o mês todinho. Levamos a nossa filhota (Pet) ela foi super bem recebida. Academia top, tudo novinho. Todas as comidas gostosas. A nossa nota é 10 porque não podemos dar nota 11.

Um luxo, um "Copacabana Palace" do interior

O Hotel é charmoso, bem agradável e o atendimento dos funcionários tb excelente. Café da manhã mto bom. Já o jantar harmonizado na adega, os 6 tempos estavam mto bons, porém os vinhos escolhidos para harmonização deixou mto a desejar. Fora que a escolha por vinhos sul-americanos, entendemos que seria variado. Porém poderiam ter sido oferecido como jantar harmonizado com vinhos brasileiros. Pois na minha opinião poderia ter vinho brasileiro tb, mas não foi o que ofereceram! Tb senti falta de ter um atendimento até mais tarde no bar do hotel. Tudo encerra às 22:00 h. Qndo terminamos o jantar, gostaríamos de curtir um pouco o bar do hotel tomando um vinho e já não havia mais nenhum funcionário para atender. Até mesmo para tomar um chá após o jantar, tdo já estava encerrado, bar, cozinha, atendimento! Mas nato fomos informados que se encerra as 22:00 h.

Um lugar encantador. Um atendimento embaraçoso.

Um belíssimo hotel de arquitetura e paisagismo impecáveis. Infelizmente não posso falar o mesmo sobre o atendimento, sobretudo da equipe do restaurante. Pouco amistosos, simpatia nota 2. Cardápio do restaurante bem enxuto e com preços elevados para pratos não tão bem executados. Café da manhã, em contrapartida, é excelente. Quartos bem confortáveis, roupas de cama e banho premium. Apenas o secador de cabelo não tinha boa qualidade. O spa é maravilhoso e possui excelentes opções de massagem.
