They promised me a refund but did not give me my money back, hotels dot com tried to help me but they had no luck. They are thieves. Avoid this hotel. "

"My stay at Diamond Lesvos was a complete disappointment. Upon arrival, I was not given the balcony room with the view that I had booked. Instead, we were placed in a completely different ground-floor room with direct outdoor access. "A lovely place to stay! The hotel rooms were super modern, aircon worked well, small fridge, hairdryer, shower was good, bed was comfy, balcony was nice! The staff were amazing too, masseuse did an excellent massage for my partners back! Pool was really nice, always a life guard on duty, plenty of sun loungers too so no fighting over them. Breakfast was excellent, brilliant choice and all the staff had smiles on their faces, definitely going to come back next year!"
