Helena? on reception and Thanos in restaurant. Both extremely helpful, approachable and professional.

Any issues raised were resolved in a prompt and professional manner.
Disliked:
Housekeeping issues re dust in/ around bed frame
Ashtrays left with cigarettes ends in it from previous guests. ( we are non smokers)
Not enough staff serving breakfast and Thanos, although new, seemed to be left to oversee taking orders and serving a busy restaurant.

The pool waiters we kind, but it seemed like they avoided us compared to those that spoke the language, I had to get up to get anything before they would notice and offer help. Others next to us were waited on all day. We were tipping really well at first too, so not sure what the issue was. The property and other staff were fantastic. I would highly recommend Anax if you will be staying on Mykonos.
