Ultimate Beach Vacation Get-A-Way

100% remodeled in 2022 with Granite Countertops throughout. New Cabinets, Vanities, Flooring, Furniture, Appliances, even Mattresses... We even have a New Furnace and AIR CONDITIONING! New Photo's coming soon. Welcome to your dream Petoskey vacation! This condo is located just 1 block south of the entrance to Petoskey State Park. Situated at the back of the development with a tree covered sand dune right out your backdoor. Sit out on the back deck and enjoy the beauty of nature while cooking a gourmet meal on the grill, all while enjoying a beer from Petoskey Brewing just a short walk south. Or a Glass of wine from the vast selection at Toski Sands Market just across the street (they have Petoskey’s largest selection of Beer as well.) We have a beautiful covered front porch for your morning coffee and pastry from the famous Johan’s Bakery. If you are looking for a spectacular night out, try Vernale’s just a ¼ mile north. And to top all this off, we are one of the few units at this price point to have CENTRAL AIR.

If you like the outdoors we have all that Northern Michigan has to offer, starting with the beach at Petoskey State Park. You can walk there right out the back door. If you are into biking the Little Traverse Wheel Way is right out front. You can ride from the condo south all the way to Charlevoix or north to Harbor Springs. The Bear River Whitewater Park is right downtown, be sure to take lessons. Bring your Mountain Bikes and ride the extensive trails at Boyne and Boyne Highlands, you can even take the chairlift up and just ride down the beginner trails. Golf, golf, and more golf! And so much more! DID I MENTION WE HAVE A/C?

For those of you who prefer to get your exercise walking while shopping, you can go to Harbor Springs, The Gas Light District in downtown Petoskey or drive to the incredible Harbor District in Charlevoix. You can find anything your heart desires while walking and shopping for exercise!

When you finally make it back to the condo, take advantage of our new king size bed in the master bedroom while the kids lounge in the second bedroom’s full size bed with a twin trundle. We have a big smart flat screen TV, wireless internet and a DVD player. A selection of family movies and lots of games as well. (and we have Central Air!)

This is the perfect vacation spot for couples, families, golfers and retirees. Don’t miss the fall color tour either!

Perfect Condo for Beach Goers

We enjoyed our stay at this condo! It was clean and was perfectly located! We love going to the beach and this condo was perfect for that! It was an easy drive to downtown and close to everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful weekend

Nice property. Mile walk through the maintenance yard of the state park to get to the beach. The condo was clean an comfortable for us. Never ran out of hot water. However the cleaning company needs to stock enough TP for the (number of guest expected x days). Over all, a nice place to stay.

Anniversary Get-a-way

As depicted in pictures. Lovely condo with nice front and back porch. Nice quiet complex. Close to Petosky and some great Nature Preserves for taking short hikes. Bike trails right outside complex. Host responded immediately to a question. Our only complaints were the bed…we thought it very uncomfortable…and very creaky every time you got in and out. Also, although picture depicted it, I wish it had been spelled out that coffee maker was a kuerig type. I had brought coffee, but….had to go to store for kuerig cups. We had to get out to a store to purchase

Location, location, location!!

Perfect location to bike trails, Harbor Springs, Petoskey and Charlevoix. We even took a day trip up to Picture Rocks. The condo is bright, modern and clean. We are returning in 2025!!

Sisters getaway

My sister and I stayed here for 3 nights. Great location nestled between Petoskey and Harbor Springs. Enjoyed going to wineries in Petoskey, spent a day on Mackinaw Island, and enjoyed a little shopping in neighboring towns. Condo is right next to Petoskey State Park so enjoyed walking over to the beach as well. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location, property recently updated. Clean and well appointed. Only issue we had was 2 couples and second bedroom bed was a full size with pull out on the floor. Not easy for 60+adults. But loved our stay there.

Very nice condo.

Condo was clean and updated. Only issue was lack of BBQ tools. Looked like a newer grill but couldn’t find any tools to cook on the grill. The second floor was much hotter than the first floor. There was no cold air movement from the register in the main bedroom. Second bedroom registers worked fine.
