ABOUT THE RENTAL
Perfectly placed in between Petoskey and Harbor Springs this two bedroom, one bath condo is the perfect “Northern Michigan Getaway!” If you are looking for a quaint rental that is still close to lots of activities, then look no further. Located just 5 minutes to Petoskey and 7 minutes to Harbor Springs offering you plenty of options for great shopping and exquisite dining. This condo is located right off the Little Traverse Wheelway, which is 26 miles of a beautifully paved bike trail that extends from Harbor Springs to Charlevoix. If biking is not your thing, go hiking and/or walk 2 minutes to the Petoskey State Park and enjoy your time at the beach on the shores of Lake Michigan. Different from other condos in the Bathing Beach community, this unit offers a large wraparound deck that is great for grilling out and enjoying a glass of wine. The four large glass sliding doors to this deck offer plenty of natural light into the unit. The living area has cathedral ceilings and an open floor plan, which is perfect for cooking and entertaining. Cozy up to the gas fireplace after fun fall and winter activities to play games, watch TV, or just relax.

Great communication with the host/property manager. Very friendly, helpful, professional. The property was as described, clean, well-supplied. We spent a lot of our time biking, so the location right along the bike path was perfect. Petoskey State Park was just a handful of driveways down. We went there 2 evenings in a row and spent time on the beach enjoying the sunset. Very good experience overall.

Very enjoyable stay

Wonderful location and beautiful condo

We loved the condo. The sunshine you get onto the south facing deck was wonderful. I loved having breakfast out there each morning. The short walk to the Petoskey state park beach was also lovely. We also loved the open floor plan in the main room. Great spot!

Great stay in Petoskey!

We stayed here in the fall (bonus: peak fall colors!) For 2 nights with our family of 4. Plenty of room for everyone and great location. We spent a good deal of time in downtown Petoskey for a family wedding but also visited Harbor Springs. We love this area and hope to return again in the summer. We would definitely stay at this condo again!

Truly Enjoyed Our Stay

My Two Daughter and I really enjoyed our stay at Happy Days Condo. It was a perfect location for our extended ski vacation as located close to both Petosky and Harber Springs. Place was clean, comfortable, very well equipped, and provided a true "home" feel during our stay. Additionally, overall communication with the rental management office was excellent. I would definitely book this condo again in the future.

Fall getaway

This condo is very cute, the photos and descriptions described it perfectly. The location was close by to all the wineries and other local attractions we wanted to check out on our trip. The kitchen is well stocked with items needed for cooking. Communication with the property management prior to check in was good as well. We really enjoyed our stay!

A cute little place just barely outside the downtown of Petoskey... Maybe a 10 minute drive in to town? Very easy to communicate with the owner of the property, and no issues. Very accommodating, clean and just overall beautiful
