The Space:

Located in Petite-Rivière-Saint-François, this spacious three-level chalet offers all the comfort needed to accommodate families and groups of friends. It includes 6 bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms, two fully equipped kitchens, two living rooms with wood-burning fireplaces, a large game room, and a private outdoor spa.

The chalet is designed to offer functional living spaces, great natural light, and partial views of the St. Lawrence River.

In the basement:

* Three bedrooms with queen beds

* One bedroom with a bunk bed (double + single)

* Two bathrooms (one with bathtub, one with shower)

* Washer and dryer

* Access to a terrace with outdoor spa

On the main floor:

* Fully equipped kitchen with central island and wine fridge

* Breakfast counter (4 seats) and dining area (10 seats)

* Living room with wood-burning fireplace and smart TV (online streaming included)

Explore the surroundings: just a 5-minute walk to the village dock for sunrise views, 5 minutes from Le Massif and 3 minutes from Mont à Liguori, and 25 minutes from Baie-Saint-Paul. A bit further, about 1 hour away, you’ll find Parc des Grands-Jardins (Mont du Lac des Cygnes – hiking, snowshoeing, via ferrata), Parc des Hautes-Gorges (Acropole des Draveurs and the scenic Malbaie River), as well as Québec City and the popular Montmorency Falls Park.

This is a great chalet for large groups. Ample room, you don't feel cramped at all. Beautiful view. We would return here. Some items that were provided during our stay were not sufficient. For example, no extra blankets or pillows, not enough garbage bags for our stay (2 for 5 days, with 11 people), not enough paper towels or toilet paper, no additional towels, hand towels, wash cloths, dish rags, etc. overall we would definitely recommend this property
