"This was a lifesaver for us. We had to rebook our flights out of sxm and were Already in grand case — felt so lucky to find this gem. Our room was Almandier which was very spacious and even had a daybed. There’s a little fridge and a safe and a small TV as well. Some of the other rooms were quite small and didn’t have as much of the amenities so you just have to be careful when you’re booking for the level of room you want. The best thing about this property was that it was directly across the street from four of the major beach clubs in Grrand case and you could literally just stroll across the street and onto the beach. It’s also right in the center of all the fabulous restaurants and shops in Grrand case super walkable. So if you don’t want to rent a car and just want a beach vacation in a nice village, this is a great place to stay. We also love the restaurant we ate there twice. The food was delicious. It’s not the fanciest of places, but it’s well-maintained and the staff is really nice. There’s a little courtyard where you can sit and have your tea in the morning and a garden as well. It’s like a cross between a no-frills property and a nice comfortable hotel."

"The most beautiful villa. Just steps from the beach. Very clean, beautifully decorated, hospitable hosts and the most beautiful house. Highly recommend. The pool and place are very well maintained. They even stock the fridge with a few sodas and some wine to get you started. 10/10 highly recommend. Will definitely be staying here again in the future!"

"Clean beautiful spacious. Host needs a leave a instruction manual for some of the bigger electronic items in house but after some small thinking we were able to use everything. Kayaks SUP jacuzzi cards pool table ping pong & more. Slide has water pump so you are not sliding on hot plastic. Plenty of fans to beat the sweating. We loved all the outdoor seating areas. Perfect. I would definitely rent again. One down side was is that there are no tvs IN EVERY room. Bummer. There are tvs outside don't think they work or we could not get them to turn on. So I would suggest to host to add tvs to all bed room. Smart TV so we can cast from our phone or log in to apps. All in all I want to go back. Super happy family. 2 teens 2 kids 6 adults. No one cried for space "

"If you're looking for a true private couples getaway in St. Martin, this villa is something special.The setting is spectacular, with panoramic views over Anse Marcel and a sense of peace and seclusion that's difficult to find elsewhere on the island. The photos in the listing simply cannot capture how breathtaking it feels in person. Every morning and evening we found ourselves lingering on the terrace, taking in the views and enjoying the quiet.The villa strikes the perfect balance between privacy and convenience. A supermarket is only a short drive away for essentials, and we found it to be an ideal home base for exploring the French side of St. Martin, including Grand Case, Orient Bay, and the island's best restaurants and beaches.One of our favorite discoveries was that the trailhead to Petite Cayes is just steps away. The hike is short, scenic, and leads to one of the most beautiful and unspoiled beaches on the island. We spent hours there enjoying the natural beauty and remarkably uncrowded shoreline.The host was exceptional: friendly, responsive, and proactive throughout our stay. Communication was excellent from booking through departure.One important tip: rent a 4x4 vehicle. The roads leading to the villa are steep, and spending a little extra for a Jeep or similar vehicle is key.For couples seeking a romantic, peaceful, and secluded St Martin retreat with stunning views and easy access to the best of the French side, we can't recommend this villa highly enough"

"My family & I loved our time at Novels Villa. It was right on the beach and had beautiful views. The sunrises & sunsets were picture perfect, gorgeous.The location was very convenient-within walking distance to restaurants, shops, grocery stores & bars. The house was fabulous-very clean with lots of towels (bath, hand & wash cloths). It had all the appliances we needed plus a well stocked kitchen. The bathroom showers were modern with great water pressure.Our local host quickly responded to our questions & when needed, were on site wishing 30 minutes. They were very gracious & couldn’t have made us feel more welcome. The only improvement I can think of would be if the outside shower has more water pressure. We loved Novels Villa & would definitely come back."
